Get what u pay for
Clerk told me reservations and paying in full doesnt guarantee a room. She gave me one though fortunately after a little bit of stress. Waited in lobby awhile expecting to get checked in at 3. 3pm came and Then they did a change of shift which was another 20 minutes till 3:20. Room: Dirty sock and two cockroaches under bed. No trash can. TV worked well which was nice. It was cheap so to be expected.

The room needed to be clean better.Trash all around the floor like they didn't sweep and toilet and shower were not clean good and smell like cigarettes. Told by an employee i was gonna be a reimburse but they never received it.

We pulled back the sheets blood stains on the sheets, and had Black bugs and dirt on the sheets. We walked in and walked out and requested a refund.

Dont even bother
Whole building reeked of weed, like really bad to the point that it was triggering my asthma. The non smoking rooms or “floor” was so potent with weed. Im so lucky i had my inhaler. The room did not have any shampoos or anything and the elevator was constantly broken. Kids and babies were crawling everywhere on the lobby floor at every hour.

CONDEMN THIS HOTEL
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I was not given the room I paid for and the rude lady at the front desk told me there was nothing they could about it. I asked to move to another room and she said there was no other rooms available, even though there was availability online to book that same day, so she lied. I was missing a smoke detector, a microwave, a pillow, blankets on both beds and a hair dryer. Was told there was nothing they could do about it because there were no extras anywhere in the hotel. There were cockroaches in the room. I killed 15+ during my stay. We had to put the trash in the hallway because it was infested with bugs. After 2 days, the trash was still in the hallway. No housekeeping during the stay. Hallways were dirty, smelled like mold and almost all the emergency exit signs were hanging broken from the ceilings. The room was full of rust, mold and stains everywhere. The front desk person named Dana or Dina was the rudest, most unhelpful employee of any company I have ever encountered. Save yourself the time, money, sanity and headache and stay ANYWHERE but here. I have reported them to corporate and will be reporting them to the BBB and the public department of health. Shut this place down IMMEDIATELY.

Do Not Stay Here
I would sleep in a car and feel safer and cleaner than this motel. I strongly believe this is a shelter, and there are people living here full time. I believe there is human trafficking taking place in here. The lady at the front desk told me if anyone was coming in to see me even if it were 5 minutes she needs their ID. Meanwhile an Ubereats guy walked right passed us into the elevator. I've never been told this before. my friend helped me bring up my luggage but she wouldnt let him in if he didnt show her ID. I asked if she required ID for my daughter also, I had no idea what this was all about. Because it is pet friendly it smells like dog pee in the lobby. and lots of scratch marks in the rooms everywhere. There was gum on the ceiling, boogers on the wall, roaches in the bathroom, no fridge, no cable, dark and dingy rooms, tv didn't work. sheets looked clean. I checked into this hotel at 3pm and returned my room key at 6pm because I could NOT stay here alone with my young daughter. She was already crying just sitting in the room. Not to mention the cleaning lady just walked right into the room without knocking, put the key in the door and walked right in. I was not expecting the Hilton but I definitely did not expect this. When I was coming in, a man was moving in all his clothes in containers and household items in the elevator. The many different characters I seen just in a few minutes of being here...just don't stay here. I would like a refund this place is disgusting.

**Avoid** This hotel is an absolute disaster. I booked a four-night stay, but after just two miserable nights, I packed up and left. In hindsight, I should have trusted my instincts the moment I saw the place. It’s beyond seedy—it’s downright depressing. Let’s start with check-in. The keycard system was broken, and I had to be *escorted* to my room like a prisoner. On day two, my key stopped working entirely and had to be reset. The hallways are a nightmare. The stench on the first floor is a mix of cigarette smoke and urine, while the second floor smells like someone’s been smoking weed in every corner. There was a large wet spot in the first floor hallway blocked off with wet floor signs for two days. Room itself was dirty and dated. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the furniture and fixtures were not just old but falling apart. There were overflowing trash bins everywhere on the outside of the building. To top it off, there’s a bizarre sign in the lobby limiting guests to a *mere 10 minutes* of time there. I have no idea what kind of establishment needs to enforce that, but it just adds to the overall sketchy vibe.
