The hotel doesn't even have a luggage cart !! Bad idea stay here for a shopping trip ! Ohh, and the smell of the carpets is unpleasant.

First night had to leave room at 130 am do to fire alarm someone pulled it then had to find out through another guest if we could return to many loud people in other rooms 2 nd night no outside lights when it was dark the entire outside was dark until 1030 pm smelled like weed through the whole building and in rooms and floor in room was very dirty

The room was disgusting. There were stains all over the walls and pillows. My 7-year-old son cried and had a panic attack because he was scared. He wanted to sleep in the car. We paid $150 for one of the filthiest rooms I ever stayed in. The only reason we didn’t leave is because I couldn’t find another hotel room available for under $1,000. They didn’t have toilet paper in the room. Thankfully I brought tissue with me. We didn’t feel safe to leave to go to the desk or have someone come up to the room. My son cried for almost an hour. Someone put a tissue into the peep hole on the door a d housekeeping never removed it. I feel itchy just laying in here thinking about all the germs that were never cleaned. Room smells like smoke.

This Motel 6 place should be closed. I have taken pictures to prove my complaint. Dirty, Wet floor, The back door was kept open to probably accomodate "people" looking for people, the rooms were in an aweful shape, dirty scratched toilet bowl, slppy cleaned shelves, Curtain rod ripped off the curtain and standing in the room, broken shelf edges, looking out of the window I had to look at an overflowing garbage can. The Room air conditioning didn’t work. They were at capacity and didn’t offer me another room to switch to. Myself, wife, & daughter had to sleep in a 80 degree temperature & sweated all night. Only could crack the window for any air circulation. To add the TV didn’t have a remote. Horrible experience !!!!
