Very close to the theme parks, plenty of food near by. Parking was good, other people staying there were careless and very noisey. outside the room/ walkway lights were left on all night and couldn’t be turned off Cleanliness was okay, shower had stains in it but wasn’t removable Staff were awesome and very friendly.

The staff is amazing!!!! Carol in the morning is a sweetheart so is Mary Anne and Ryan at 7 pm. It just been an amazing stay! I am sorry I do not know the maintenance guy name. He is also just the best. Everyone is so welcoming warm and helpful. We love it here!!!!!

The room itself was cute. But upon further inspection, things deteriorated. The front office staff was great, but the location, and clientele were shady. When I got in the room I like it. Went to take a shower, and found hair ALL OVER the tub. Once I noticed that I started looking around and found hair on the toilet and in the sink. I took my shower and realized i forgot shampoo, there was no complimentary shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Had to wash my hair with bar soap. The next morning I found a bug in the tub. I went out from 10:00am to 3:00-am the next morning, no turn down service. I won’t be staying there again.

We liked the fact that its close to Old Town, but room was out dated, had to ask for toilet paper, and noisy at times. Lastly, our first impression when we arrived was seeing 3 police cars circling the property. We stayed there 2 yrs ago and it was much better.

I didn't like the fact that my room had no functioning locks on the door, the roaches, no microwave, and a broken refrigerator. I reported it to staff three times before the air conditioning stopped working - after that I got the hell out of that hotel. I was told to contact the general manager about my complaints - who is always not there - when I was there or when I keep calling.
