Some of the things such as the elevators are dated. Lighting over shower needs to be fixed… it’s too dark. Pool needs to be cleaned more often… especially after rain (there were a lot of bugs). Just some cosmetic things but we loved the layout of the room! And enjoyed the balcony!!!

Dirty room. Crumbs everywhere and sheets did not seem clean. A lot of noise and air gaps in the toom. Rusted hinges with globs and globs of paint all over it. Good price but for a newly renovated room it was quite disappointing.

This hotel is not a Hotel at all. It is a set of apartment buildings with terrible smells and elevators that do not work. No one is helpful with directions or amenities information nor do many speak English. Tiki Bars not open, Restaurant looks not open, under construction. Seems as though all the money went into making the Lobby/Registration area nice but nothing else. We will never spend money to stay here again.

With all the respect it was my first and last time at this location Room was very very dirty not possible to sleep Bugs inside the room Carpet smells horrible Shower very dirty Facility need a lot of cleaning and work I shouldn’t get charge for the first night We couldn’t sleep at night due to the bugs and the smell
