Very nice hotel for family vacation

We had an amazing experience at Hilton Mystic Dunes! The suite was spacious, spotless, and felt like home with a full kitchen and balcony. The pools, mini golf, and resort activities kept the whole family entertained. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Peaceful, well-kept, and just minutes from the theme parks—perfect for a relaxing Orlando getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

What I liked about the property was the rapid response to issues. What I didn't like was getting the run around at checkout when I requested compensation for not getting ADA accommodations our first night as booked. Compensation was only given after reminding them of the legal guidelines under the ADA.
