The Resort was great. The room was a condo and two nice rooms and full kitchen. They had three tv's which is a very nice to have. Large screened in patio and we were on the first floor so had easy access to the pools. I will highly recommend it and plan on staying again when visiting the parks.

Great place for a family vacation
My family really enjoyed our stay here! The pool with waterslides was awesome. The villa was clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with basic kitchen items, I was able to make waffles with the mini waffle maker I brought without buying anything. The televisions were annoying and difficult to use but there's so many things to do at the resort, we didn't miss it. There's TONS of giftshops, restaurants, and fun things to do within walking distance. There's also a Circle K right next door. Hurricane Milton was set to hit 2 days after we left. The staff came to check on us and see if we needed anything. They also handed out hurricane safety information and their plan for the hurricane. They tried to give us supplies and were definitely taking the safety of their guests seriously. We did not take anything because we were leaving but I was very impressed how they sprung into emergency mode so quickly. I really hope there is no damage because my family would really like to return again soon! Overall a great place to have a family vacation!

My husband stepped on a piece of glass that was on the floor in the bedroom the night we arrived. Then after we checked out, I received a phone call that I thought was about the injury statement my husband filled out. But I was wrong because they were actually calling to accuse us of stealing all the silverware from the unit. We arrived on a Friday evening at 10pm and went to sleep, woke up Saturday morning and went to Disney all day and went back to the hotel around 11pm and went to sleep, then we woke up Sunday morning and checked out. Never ever opened a single drawer or a cabinet the entire time we were there. And if we would have, we would have clearly noticed there was no silverware there for us to use!

We had two major hiccups. Our air condition did not work and it took FIVE hours to move us. That’s ridiculous. We finally got moved at 10pm. There was also a water break and there was no water for 5+ hours. It isn’t the hotels fault that it broke, but we didn’t get any solution or even a sorry when it went out.

I love this place. It was our second time there. The only thing is that they need to clean a little deeper. There was a roach , and that creeped me out. Other than that it’s beautiful. I know roaches are disgusting, but it was only one. Would definitely stay there again.

Bugs!
Well we usually stay here a couple times a year and love it but after they switched to hilton brand seems they went a lil down hill. 1st thing we asked for first floor when we booked and got 3rd floor which if you like to sleep in i def dont recommend cause theres huge windows in bedroom and living room with no curtains so def waking up with the sun. 2nd thing major water main break totally not their fault cause things happen but was without water for a couple hours and 3rd made cookies and woke up in the middle of the night to catch a couple cochroaches having a feast. So needless to say most likely gonna find a new place to go cause def aint a fan of the bugs
