TERRIBLE. ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! holes in walls, torn furniture, bad smell, etc. DO NOTTT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. this place is literally infested and on google it says it’s permanently closed. what’s going on here?? how these people are running is beyond me. reporting to the health department immediately. this is about the location on jamaican ct.

It is full of cockroaches, you have to sleep with the light on, otherwise everything is full of cockroaches, small and medium-sized, rusty doors, everything is deteriorated and old. Cop everyday in parking

The room was very nasty. The bed frame was basically unattached from the bed and was becoming a nuisance when walking to the bathroom at night, then the bathroom was not cleaned properly. It has a nasty dark ring around the tub and the vent in the bathroom was rusting so much that it had started to peel off and onto the complimentary towels it was annoying tbh. Then the bed felt moist weirdly enough. Overall it was a uncomfortable stay

Pulling up there was 8 Orange County Sherriff’s officers out front. Upon entering the property I asked if this was a common occurrence which they said no, and that they were trespassing an individual. Ok I thought. After entering our room it was disgusting and full of roaches. They moved us to a “preferred room” which had no signs of roaches but two made an appearance. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I think they need to have regular pest service for inside and out and hire a better handyman.

The rooms are very dirty, we came in for a convention and booked here for the price. Definitely NOT WORTH IT. The first day we arreved at midnight and went directly to bed, in the morning we found roaches everywhere. I went to the front desk asking for a room change thiking this was just this one. We left to the convention center and wen we came back, same thing in the other room they gave me. We went to sleep and in the morning Roaches all over again. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!! The owner will respond to my review with "This is generally not what our guests experience with us" Lies!!!! everybody is giving you the same review. Do something about your place or close it, someone will call the county on you eventually and hopefuly close it for you untill you fix all the issues your place has.

Roach Infested- DO NOT STAT HERE!
Every positive thing you've seen about this hotel is a lie- including the pictures they show on the website. Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I don't even think it should be open for business, it should be condemned. 3 star rating according to Google. LIES. Checked into our room and saw how dilapidated it was right away. Poorly patched holes in the walls, some rotten holes and crevices they didn't bother to patch. Mold everywhere. Everything was damp. Nothing was cleaned well, filth in all the corners. I don't think the hallway carpet on our floor even knew what a vacuum was. Debris and even dog poop all over. But worst of all was the roaches. Turn the lights off or open food in the room and watch the roaches pour out of the cracks and holes, from behind the mirrors, everywhere. I felt like I was in Joe's Apartment. Went to the desk and asked to switch rooms, nothing available. The clerk gave me a bottle of "bug spray" in a squirt bottle. 'Why stay?' you ask. We were refugees, fleeing for our lives from Hurricane Milton the Destroyer, like half of FL- which has to be the only reason this hotel has ever been filled to capacity. No one who had another option would stay here. We got into a different room the 2nd day of our stay and it was a little newer- or at least had a fresh coat of paint over the mold. It wasn't AS infested with roaches as the previous room, but they were there. Not much need to go into details on the second room. It held no surprises after the 1s

I was in room 242 and did not have a tv. Smelt like mold and toilet bathroom leaking.Roaches were also in the room. Beds were dirty and not well cleaned. My other rooms a/c was not blowing cold at all. Toilet was also leaking in this room. Overall I do not recommend staying in this hotel at all.
