Water was hot, breakfast was good, room was ok. Can’t expect much more for a hotel this size and at its price point. Rooms need deep cleaning and beds need to be updated but did the job for our quick one night stay. Staff was very polite and courteous!

Meh

This hotel was affordable, the room was clean and it was convenient to get to Universal Studios. Also, the Continental breakfast was average, if not slightly better-than-average. However, check-in took over 30 minutes, since there was only one person working at the time, the hair dryer in my room didn't work and I didn't even have a "do not disturb" sign anywhere in my room to hang on the door knob.

Dirty box and spots on bed box spring it is would have helped to have those covered and no fan in bathroom. Besides that convenient location and a good price plus free breakfast and variety of breakfast was good.

Absolutely not.

Unfortunately this place is a joke. The room was horribly run down; outlets were damaged and not functioning. There were gnats coming up through the drains. There were tons of them! The microwave was damaged/rusting and was unsafe to use. There was no coffee maker in the room. There was a giant gaping hole underneath the door, allowing whatever to come inside. Shuttle service was a joke; it was canceled, day of, without any warning. I waited outside for 20 mins for nothing. And lastly, don't try to check your bag for the day. They were going to leave it in a corner by the desk, instead of putting it in a secured room, for anyone to help themselves to. Just a joke! I will say that the room was quiet for the most park and I was able to check in early so that was nice. But I will not be staying again!

Good - meets expectations

Good. Outdoor pool and area was nice and pleasant. Breakfast was fine, as expected. Basically a satisfactorily well maintained and staffed budget hotel that is sufficiently clean, orderly and comfortable (beds not amazing, but good enough). Met expectations, and that's good enough
