The hotel has a decent atmosphere, the problem was that we showed up before check in time. The front desk person "Erick" was nice and courteous. He said that he could try to accomodate us to have us check in hopefully by 1 pm. The kids game room seemed nice until my son sat on the couch and had sewer water spill on him. And the response from the front desk was to apologies but really there was nothing that could do. As we had no room my son had to stay with his wet clothes until they could get us a room, as time went on i tried to contact Hotels.com trying to get a release from the hotel so that we could go somewhere else and the hotel never responded to hotels.com. so we were stuck waiting. Around 1 pm we asked the front desk about possibly checking in and we were denied by a lady at the front desk which i did not get her name. She was not accommodating and so rude. She said check in is at 4 pm so you're going to have to wait until then. I replied to please have them release me from the reservation so that i could go somewhere else. Her response was "no" after a while the manager showed up and he found us a room and was extremely apologetic, said the importance that the hotel places on families and how he would try to accommodate us. Which it worked out. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is a mad house as i have never seen so many people get breakfast at a hotel. The bed was comfortable, and i liked that the room had laminate flooring instead of carpet.

It was hot, and there seemed to be too much diseases. They charge a nonrefundable $30 fee on top of the $50 incidental fee. Also, you can’t check in until 4pm which is so inconvenient and they had tons and tons of families just waiting in the lobby with nothing to do. The game room was leaking and the couch was soaking wet, the billiards table had no balls, the laundry room wasn’t in working order, and the snack hall hardly had any snacks.

We booked a room for 4 and they gave us 1 towel, no housekeeping , breakfast 7-9 not a lot of options or the basics like bacon. The hallways had an awful smell, we called 4 times to the front desk to ask for towels and a blanket and no one answer, we had to go twice to the front desk to ask for the same bc they wouldn’t give us the towels, they gave us 3 towels and 1 blanket ( for a 2 bed room), do not recommend

We needed a hotel to avoid hurricane Milton on the gulf coast. Check in was easy and free parking available The room was comfortable enough, breakfast was chaotic, the gym only had two out of five equipment in working order. Housekeeping only available on request with notice. Restaurants were walking distance.
