The picture in the website looks good, the actual property in old and not in good condition. the free breakfast has less item and cheap stuff. The check in process in tedious. the lake is pretty, but comes with hefty resort charge.

Clean and comfortable
Very comfortable room. If you’re not there for the parks, it may not be your spot. It’s very busy with many families, of course. It can be loud. Breakfast is chaotic. It’s not really their fault. It was just packed. Good for them. A bit much for my elderly mother and me. We were just looking for an inexpensive break to a long road trip.

Hotel is nice and updated in a gated area which felt safer. They require guests to wear wristbands in common areas but I noticed many guests not wearing them. Service was friendly and efficient at front desk. Our room was very clean with no strange odors except for what looked like black mold in the creases of the headboard. The 2 queen mattresses looked like they were on king size frames so the frame stuck out significantly from the mattress. There is a large fridge in the room but the microwave is in a common area. Some of the hallways have a strong odor but most of the common areas smell clean, but a very strong chemical smell. The balcony was a nice touch even though we did not have time to use it. Bathroom was clean and I liked the large vanity and shower but there was only one light and no lighting above the mirror making it hard to get ready and put on makeup. There is no floor length mirror. Breakfast is included but it was extremely crowded closer to the end so get there early. You’re not allowed to take food back to your room but we did find seating outside. There were quite a few basic options but there could have been more fruit and individual yogurt. The yogurt was in a big bowl high up so everyone getting yogurt is breathing onto it instead of it being behind glass and away from the face which was really unappetizing.

Very cost friendly for a couple of days to stay. Room is spacious and clean. Offers nice breakfast but a bit crowded in the dining area. Doesn't not provide to-go breakfast.

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. 1.) The property is gated but anyone can push the button and immediately be let in. There is no staff member verifying that only guests are entering the lot so it’s essentially useless at keeping non-guests out. 2.) There are multiple buildings for this one hotel, yet signage is nonexistent. We got lost going to our room every day- it was a mission just to find the front desk. Additionally, none of these buildings are locked. Again, anyone can just walk in and they’ll have access to your front door. 3.) The room was absolutely disgusting. They have cockroaches, the bedding was yellow and smelly, and the room is very dark. The water from the shower and sink REEKED and the towels looked like they were found on the side of the road. The “shower curtain” was a dingy yellow fabric that was undoubtedly full of mildew and bacteria. 4.) There are about three outlets in the room and none are by the bed so good luck charging your devices. Additionally, the fridge they provided was dirty and not cold, and there’s no microwave in the rooms. 5.) The balcony’s are connected so if you stay here make sure you keep your doors locked. It would be easy even for a child to climb from their balcony onto yours and get into your room. 6.) The staff are nice enough (I guess) but that’s irrelevant since it’s so filthy and unsafe. 7.) Housekeeping doesn’t exist here.
