Beautiful hotel! Only complaint is the noise in the hallways. Other than that, great service especially the front desk. Rooms are nice and there’s many things to do in the hotel like the pool, kids game room, and the continental breakfast was the best!

I stayed at the Palazzo Hotel last week for 5 days, and unfortunately, I was not impressed. For a place that markets itself as a resort, the experience fell short in several areas. First, the lack of basic amenities in the room was a big letdown—no microwave or kettle. Instead, they had three microwaves and two kettles located in a shared dining area for all guests, which were often dirty and clearly not maintained. Spilled milk and leftover food were common, and without a sink or water nearby, it's no surprise that the area stayed messy. What bothered me most was the housekeeping policy. There's no regular cleaning—you have to specifically request it each time, which is very inconvenient during a multi-day stay. I booked a package through Expedia that included the hotel, car, and flight. I was told the balance due was $35 for the resort fee. However, upon arrival, I was charged $35 per day, which was a surprise. Especially since we only used the pool once and found the resort amenities to be very limited—just some tents and hammocks by the lake. Entry to the property requires using a buzzer at the gate. Unfortunately, during a thunderstorm everyday, I got completely drenched just by lowering my window to push the button, definitely not a welcoming first impression. As a loyal Hilton customer trying Palazzo for the first time, this experience was disappointing and inconvenient. I expected more comfort, better service, and transparency in billing.

Beautiful hotel and ground, close to many shopping and restaurants. Safe area. Friendly staffs, however, we requested some new towels and it did take like 4 hrs for someone to bring it up. No big deal. Breakfast was good. This is a very family friendly hotel which we loved. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The hotel was good in terms of room size, convenience to attractions, and safety. The amenities in the room could be definitely improved, e.g., the shower was a trickle (perhaps trying to save water) and it took a good 20 min to shower fully. The breakfast area was very well maintained, served good options within continental type, and was staff by happy servers, which was very welcome. The entrance/exit to hotel is clumsy and funny (gates and ring bell mode) with the need to request permission to exit even for a casual walk! Enjoyed our stay overall.
