The staff was wonderful, especially the bell hop! We checked in very late, after a long day, and this man took such great care of us. The 2 bedroom was plenty big enough for our family of 5. We will definitely be back.

Lovely stay but a few days wasnā€™t enough. Wished we could have stayed for at least a week. Great location, very clean facilities and the staff were very friendly.

The room's are perfect! Good views, good conditions and excellent comfort. And if you are visiting the park this hotel is only at 10 minutes driving.

Will go back but with different room location
Hotel was nice, room was large and clean. We enjoyed the quiet pool. Issues we had was the room was right next to the elevator room and it was very loud throughout the room, tgey shut it down at night, but didn't make it less annoying during the day and a call at 8:30am while I'm on vacation trying to sell packages wasn't great. Also, food at the bar/grill was good.

I'll begin with the positives: There was ample parking and the room was spacious and clean. I appreciated having a washer and dryer in our suite. Pool area was nice and there is a bar on site. I enjoyed my balcony...although being on the 1st floor covered in bushes brought too many bugs. The negatives: after checking in, they ambush you with ppl trying to pressure you into attending a timeshare presentation. After a long travel, this was annoying when i just wanted to get to my room. The bed was EXTREMELY firm and the pillows were TERRIBLY plush. The pillows were so terrible, that we had to take the pillows off the sofa just to get sleep. The shower gel in our suite was empty, so we had to bathe with the hand soap that we shared with the sink to wash our hands. And finally, i was SO excited to use our soaker tub after a long day at Disney, just to discover that the water NEVER got warm. I couldn't even use it, which pissed me off because it was one of the reasons i booked this hotel in the first place. So although this place was pleasing aesthetically, i dont think I would return.

They don't have a Smart TV's in this property. The parking is $25 a day. Service was sufficiently good, but not great.
