Our stay was average at this resort. Upon arrival, the lady at the desk was quite rude and not very friendly. Our room was missing the shampoo bottle and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I'd like, there also wasn't any extra amenities like a vanity kit. The most disappointing part was that we received multiple calls to the room and to my cell phone from the staff trying to get us to a free breakfast to sell their time shares. I had to tell them each time we were not interested, they called 5-6 times PER DAY. I would not got back to this resort due to that alone.

Not for Professional Quiet Stays
Ok so the finishes in this hotel are super nice and clean as are the amenities, I just wasn't a fan of the room layouts and that all rooms are adjoining. I could hear everything the family next door was doing and saying. I also wasn't happy when their vacation club team kept incessantly calling me and trying to get me to go to a sales pitch. I was on vacation and didnt want to be harassed. I would stay at the Marriot Cypress villas instead of here. While its not as nice (finishes) or updated, you get way more for your money (a multiple room suite with kitchen for the same price). I actually ended up canceling my reservation and leaving halfway through my stay for a Marriot instead.

Highly recommend.
Had a great time, really lovely hotel. The location is ideal to be slightly out of all the madness but still only a short drive/lyft to anywhere. The view from our apartment was gorgeous, overlooking several lakes, really pretty. Only bad would be the mattress and pillows werent to our comfort at all, pillows are feathered so squash to nothing and the mattress was very firm. Overall, an excellent stay and we would likely return.
