This was a very nice property. We had a good stay although it was not clear that the washer and dryer was outside. All of the staff was very nice EXCEPT for this woman at the front desk. Was a tad bit condescending. When we arrived the key card system was down. Came back up later on that day and was not notified. We have been to this location 2x. The first experience was great. This one not so great, mostly because of the lady at the front desk.

Excellent location. Close to the Disney Parks, shopping and groceries. The apartment was very clean and we had everything that we needed including filters for the coffee, salt & pepper, soap for the dishwasher. They came to clean it in the middle of our stay. The place is quiet, peaceful and we enjoyed the swimming pool, mini golf and park for our 4 year old daughter. We will return in the near future

Our stay here was ok, when we were trying to check in we had to wait a whole hour before being able to get to our room. Check in was at 4pm (we got there a little early like 3:30pm but understood we would have to wait until at least 4pm) and our room wasn’t ready until 5pm. And then on check out day we were loading our stuff into our car and the room key stopped working so we had to tell one of our kids to stay in the room to open the door to let us in so we could keep going back and forth so that made us feel inconvenienced and rushed to get out. Also for as big as the hotel is the swimming pools are pretty small.

This is a wonderful property. Unfortunately the longer i stayed the more uncomfortable generally i became. I was very relieved to return to Canada and have no plans to return in the forseeable future. Elbows Up.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Room is clean and comfortable. Use of room was primarily for sleeping as our events kept us away from property most of the day. We did use one of the several hot tubs which was a nice change of pace to unwind and recharge.
