I love everything about this place. The hospitality from the front desk staff especially from Ania was top notch! Very clean units, quiet area and nice intimate pools and hot tubs through out the entire property. They can it your home but it really does feel like your home away from home. This property is close to everything in each direction. We will be coming back!

I love this property. Everything form the facility’s to the staff and the rooms no complaints at all been there several times and it’s my favorite family hotel. Highly recommend staying at this property its location gives you access to a lot restaurants shopping and acivities.

This is not a traditional hotel. It's a timeshare property, so the units are basically apartments. Much like an apartment, you can hear the neighbor above you. We were on the second floor and we could hear the family on the third floor walking around, taking showers, etc. You can hear the water flowing through the walls every time they would flush the toilet or take a shower. There are two pools, and they are both are TINY. This is not the place to stay if you are looking for typical hotel amenities. The positives are that the staff is nice and unit was clean, although it did have a bit of a humid smell.

Second time staying there and love it there. It’s very clean, has everything you need, staff is friendly, and close to the theme parks. Also very spacious for a family of 5 and look forward to our next trip staying there. They have two pools and 4 hot tubs to relax in after a long day!

The hotel is very convenient if you travel with kids and you want to cook some of your meals. We stayed in a convenient apartment with two rooms, it was very clean and smell good. Everything was good during our stayed

Everyone was very nice and curious. My only issue is I booked a room online that stated I would have a washer/dryer in the room. The room we got had a common W/D outside. We also experienced a room full of tiny ants in the double room and in the kitchen. The property also has no elevator so I would caution anyone who has any difficulties to not stay here if they have any handicap needs.
