This is rebranded and remodeled hotel. They are making the place look and feel great. The staff is responsive, helpful and nice. Five stars to Rodrigo and the maintenance lady. Recommended.

The newly renovated room queen beds had 3 pillows the size of a toss pillows. No amenities. Very shabby.

Showed up in my hotel door did not work.Had to call, they said they were going to send a maintenance person.The maintenance person didn't show after ten minutes.I called back as I was on the fourth floor outside by myself.In the dark as a woman it was pretty scary. Had to ask if they could put me on a lower floor they did. I had to go back to the desk to get another key. Then, when I went to the hotel room, the shower was clogged on the second day.The toilet was clogged called maintenance.They came out fixed the toilet, not the shower.
