You get what you pay. Front desk people were kind and smiling, always answering our questions. Location is really good, it is on idrive road with lots of places close, Mcdonalds, drugstores, restaurants, Icon park crossing the street. There is a free city shuttle that takes you to the parks. To improve: Room service needed to be requested but when they went to the room they only cleaned the trash can, but left the same towels, blankets, did not clean bathroom, did not even supply with extra soap. We ran out of soap (a little small rounded bar) after the second night, and we had to call to request a new bar. There were signs around the hotel stating the hotel will be renovated, so I think the facilities will improve.

The room was nice and big, seemed clean....check in was quick easy and the staff was friendly...the only think i didnt like was the pillows were way too small and puffy....i coulnt use em because it hurt my neck due to them bring too stuffed...almoay looked like they were washed and shrunk ...i ended up using a towel....other than that it was fine

Basic but ok for price for prime location
Prime location within walking distance of Icon Park and short driving distance for the plentiful Orlando attractions. However, when room service is requested we had wet towels taken but not replaced multiple times. Stained carpets and a small number of live cockroaches found (and quickly killed). Breakfast is basic and ok, but so much waste of non-recyclablable polystyrene plates, bowls and cups and plastic cutlery it was shocking and disappointing!
