Overall room/property was adequate for the price point. The big issue was the dampness/humidity in the room. It felt like it was the middle of August with super high humidity. I had been staying locally for the previous 3 weeks and this was the only hotel it was an issue at. It hadn't rained recently and the humidity in the area was low for the previous 2 weeks, we hadn't showered that day, but the room was extremely damp/uncomfortable. AC unit was newer, we checked the filter and it was clear but even turned down low it didn't help at all. So room was cold but so humid my shoes/clothes and all the bedding felt damp. Not sure what the issue at this property is or if it was just this room, but it was very uncomfortable to stay in the room. Would not stay again.

Terrible experience

I cannot understand how this hotel has this high review!! This was the worse hotel that my family and I had stayed. Moldy and duty bedroom. Breakfast has a line to seat and eat, that means you cannot access the breakfast area without the lady permission (you will have to wait until somebody empty a table to get in). Our key didn’t work. We left all sick because of the strong mold smell. Guests review totally deceived me. I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel!

Enjoyed the continental breakfast and the beds. The bathrooms were old and outdated. The hotel also promotes shuttles to the various parks (Disney, universal, and seaworld), however it's a particular timeframe only for drop up and pick up. For Disney, they select 1 park, it leaves at 10:50am, and if it's not the specific park, you must "get on another shuttle through Disney". I wouldn't advertise free shuttles to the parks if it's a specific schedule or I would add that schedule to the website so guests can see that information.

This was my second time staying at this property for a family vacation. Overall we had a great experience both times. The property is not new by any means but it is taken care of and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be staying again.
