Shower had extremely low water pressure and was barely warm after 5 minutes. Shower/toilet area extremely small. Our room had a window that faced a closed part of hotel so no view or natural light Bathroom grungy. Rest of room clean. TV had bad reception (slightly blurry) all channels. Lounge area just filled with tables in long rows. I’m assuming for breakfast seating. Honestly I wouldn’t stay here again because of the negatives.

Location, location, location. Very close to the Disney parks. An array of dining selections and shops. I really liked the seafood restaurant next to the hotel. Everything in the hotel is clean! I wish the pillows where softer and they place a towel hook by the bathroom door. The breakfast was decent. I enjoyed my stayed in this hotel.

Staff were abrupt, but helpful. Housekeeping entered our room several times even with a "do not disturb" tag on the door. Cleanliness of room was the biggest concern. Eggs were watery, but, breakfast was ok. For the price (compared to other hotels in the area) it was ok.

Highly recommend

The stay was great no issues checking in and checking out was a breeze ! However if you use the shuttle be aware that it makes several stops to other hotels right before your destination. Overall room was extremely clean and very comfortable for my family of 7.

Place is good if you’re not looking for fancy accommodations. Saw a lot movement of families and groups of people staying. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is simple yet fresh everyday. Rooms are ok clean. Needs updates on washers,dryers,new carpets on room,towels and definitely better products for cleaning. You can tell sink is not scrubbed properly either sinks. Some Ajax and bleach will help. Recommend if you’re under budget for a good mini vacation. The area have lots of restaurants,shopping places and it’s close to attractions.

We stay here when we are visiting Disney. The rooms are always comfortable, the mini fridge is nice. It’s a quiet place, just what you need to crash after a day at the parks. It’s always clean too. The breakfast is nice and it’s a little different each day. Nothing fancy but tastes good. Getting a lyft to pick you up here is very easy. We walk to the Walgreens down the road for groceries/snacks during our stay. Several fast food and sit down restaurants are only minutes away by walking. Try the mochinut donuts next door, they are pricy but soooooo good.

Still reservation we requested for joining room and that was clearly communicated through booking messages but we were surprised at check in that nothing like that available. Only adjacent room possible. Location is very close to Disney. Heater for one of the room wasn’t working. We were provided portable heater but that’s temp solution. No action taken besides portable heater during stay. Besides that - breakfast options were god enough. Room service was provided every other day which is good. Overall it was good stay experience. Service could be little better.
