Extremely Disappointing
I read the reviews, say such amazing comments and was like, wow, let’s book here. Terrible idea. The bed had springs, which you could feel digging into your hips and back. One side of my bed, was lower, appearing to have no springs except for one very very troublesome one that poked me in the back. Front desk check in, she didn’t even smile. Instead of explaining the shuttle, she grunted at a sign. When reading the sign, sure, the offer shuttle service, once a day to the parks, at like 12 in the afternoon and returning back over an hour after the park closed. False advertising is how I would warn anyone, call ahead for your shuttle schedule. Maintaining the property, their way of fixing the tub is to use regular wall paint and paint over the bad spots so the tub is peeling, appearing dirty looking. I found a hair not belonging to myself or guests and that to me is a huge red flag. Same as other properties now, they only offer housekeeping various days so the garbage was not taken out which to me, just needs to be. But thank you for the extra garbage bag you left, at least I could pop the overflowing bag out, leave it in the corner of our room and put a new bag in the can. Breakfast is served, it’s in a totally different building so you have to literally go outside, in the rain or colder weather to get there and you can’t drive bc there are minimal spots. Oh and you cannot bring the food back for your family bc you must consume your food in that room.

This resort was used for a quick overnight while visiting Disney for two days. It served its purpose for sleeping close to the Disney properties and also provided breakfast for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use it again. Clean and friendly.

The bathrooms were a little tight but overall fine. Beds were clean and comfortable. Carpet was dirty but not too bad, they were obviously vacuumed.

The hotel smells like cigarettes, cleaning chemicals and is dirty. There is no microwave in the room. Our room card keeps getting deactivated. It’s so annoying having to keep running down to the front dest to activate room card and heat up food. I had asked front desk to change room twice and the rooms were still dirty and smells. The 2nd time front desk told me everything was booked(no it was not. No one stayed here) and was told will have housekeeping come up. Housekeeping showed up, without asking if anyone was allergic to anything, she just walked straight in and sprayed the room with air fresheners. She sprayed so much I started having a headache and had to cover my face. Do NOT stay here! The reviews said it had microwave but it doesnt.

Excellent place - Needs to work on pest control.
Excellent place. Friendly staff. Breakfast very good. There is one thing that needs to be addressed though, when we first came i found three little cockroaches in the bathroom. This place needs to be fumigated.
