Room was extremely musty. Everything in the room was rusty. The carpet felt gross. The breakfast was gross. They didn’t offer late check out and the place looks nothing like the pictures. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Never again.
This was the worst stay of my life!! They need to notify guests of construction inside the building and if so they need to remove guests from the 3rd floor. I was told I would be moved because the workers were right above me from 8am+ making so much noise and nothing was done. Multiple times in my 4 day stay I had to go back down to front desk because my key card would randomly stop working. The walls are paper thin, one of the guests was having happy time with their partner and good for them how ever hearing it was unpleasant. The windows are not noise reduced either so you can hear everything going on outside. A lot of employees in the morning coming in and out of the hotel I’m assuming it was part of the construction group but it was a large amount of men.

The check in was very surly. It looks like they are upgrading the motel but the floors and carpeting need replacing. I had a bug running around the dresser top and I squished it and showed it to the front desk on check out and she just tossed it in the trash and said "Sorry about that"

Horrible time
When we got there, the front counter person was not available. We called out and said hello like three times we waited and waited and finally he came out and he was unprofessional no smile not welcoming at all. We had a trip planned and had tickets to go to Universal, but because of the hurricane universal was closed so we didn’t go till the next day, but we decided to start our vacation anyway and Spend the night in the hotel and we literally just wasted $100 because it was an awful experience the room smelt like mold the remote control for the TV and even when we watch TV It kept going in and out of service. This is probably the most horrible experience I’ve had ever staying away from home. We paid good money and should have been treated better. I will never never stay there again

Only areas of this property that were kind of inconvenient was the transportation to the theme park. It was only 1 small shuttle that by the time it arrived to our hotel it was full and we had to stand. Only one pick up and drop off time which was 8:30am and 5:30pm drop off back to the resort. Also the pillows were very thin and didn’t provide much support. Other than those 2 things the staff and hotel were overall good

The breakfast buffet could have had more options, especially, eggs and bacon or sausage. The common areas could have been cleaner. Overall for the price, the hotel was okay. Very conveniently located to Universal. Nice staff.

Staff are friendly and accommodating, make your stay pleasant. The rooms are outdated but comfortable and clean. The area is safe and almost anything you could need or want is either a walk or short Uber ride away! The breakfast could use some help. There are no meats available at breakfast, only carbs and boiled eggs. It’s the same thing every morning. They need to offer some meat options and change things up a bit in a daily basis, when you’re staying a week or so it’s very unsatisfying.

The hotel room is not in the best condition. Air conditioning is loud. The elevator was shaky. Bathroom light was so noisy and It was dark when you took a shower. The bed was so uncomfortable and they don’t even provide full size pillows. The only convenience was the location to the parks as well as free parking. We won’t be returning.
