The Greatest

Absolutely amazing had the best stay ever. So clean and kept up. Staff was extremely helpful and excellent. Pools were perfectly taken care of. Heated pool was a hit since it was colder than we expected it to be over spring break. So family friendly. Gift shop and restaurants in hotel. Tickets to all around Orlando ( Disney SeaWorld Universal Etc) Absolutely great place to stay will go agine.

Rooms were very dated. Toilet would not flush properly. Multiple outlets in the room did not work (we had to take turns charging our phones!). The TV cut in and out - noticed the cable cord was severely damaged. Luckily we were only booked in for one night!

great location, ok stay. worth the price.

Room was clean but old. not a problem. Mini-fridge in room does not work. missing some furniture so not a lot of surfaces to work with on a longer than overnight stay. no luggage stand so had to keep our luggage on the floor. No fan in bathroom, though it has the hole and wiring for it. no one at the front desk at 7am on a Tuesday to report issues. Does not feel very secure. doors say they lock, but where never locked while i was there.
