Overall a satisfactory stay. The bus took 35 mins to collect us from the airport but check in once we arrived was efficient. I would advise asking for a room which does not face the road if you’re a light sleeper as traffic noise was an issue as well as the noise of planes taking off but it is beside an airport. Breakfast was better than expected since it was complimentary with quite a good choice served by a very pleasant English lady. Check out was again very efficient and the scheduled bus to the airport left on time.

Property was easy to get to and for parking. Check-in was very quick and easy. Any staff we contacted were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was quite good with different items. Only downside was our room faced the highway and was quite noisy. Would consider staying here again.

Our room was very, very dirty. It was a big bummer. Bugs all over the room, black fuzzy stuff in the beds…it just felt like nobody had actually cleaned the room in a long time. The rooms themselves just seemed run down. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work properly, one of the two elevators on the property was shut down by the Fire Marshall, the wallpaper was curling off the walls in areas. Overall I just can’t in good conscience recommend anyone stay here. The one positive from the stay was the continental breakfast was pretty good. It provided a lot of good options.

The shuttle service is not reliable. I waited for an hour after my flight had landed, and I had to call the property 4 times. And then my return shuttle was delayed so I hopped on the one before it even though it was “full”… it was not full. Had I not done that I would have been very rushed for time to catch my flight.
