We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of the month, and decided the kids loved the lazy river and slide so much, that we booked again this past weekend. The room was clean and stocked with everything we needed.
The only thing that i had an issue with was, i booked the room on hotels app. They charged be some of it, and some had to be paid at the hotel. We checked into the hotel, the receptionist explained that there was a $23 resort fee that will be charged to our card. She noticed that we booked the king handicap and asked if we needed a handicap room, we said no we just need a king with a pullout couch for the kids. She said all king beds have pullout beds. So we got the room changed to a regular king room. During our stay, we checked our bank statement and noticed there was a $40 from red lion. This past monday 8/26/24, we noticed there was a charge from hotels for our hotel reservation, and the $40 charge was gone and a $54 charge was added from red lion with another charge from red lion for $91. I called to get it reversed or refunded and was told that the receptionist who took my payment didnt see the "virtual card" from hotels and charged me for another room. They refunded $60 something, hopefully this week, it will be funded to my account.
