I shared my room and bathroom with roaches. Shower was weak. I was told at check in that I could put the "clean room" sign on the door for the times I wanted the room cleaned. They just took the sign, never cleaned the room, ever. It was on the cheap, so you get what you pay for.

A complete crap hole

Roach infested room, as soon as you put the lights on, they scatter, the same in the bathroom. No remote for tv. When reserving room for 3 people, only 1 pillow on each bed. Front desk says no housekeeping, she cant do anything and ill have to deal with it till tomorrow. We went to the desk, and immediately checked out demanding a refund and a call from the manager. If course, no call from manager and no refund.

The hotel is full of roaches, there is also black mold and the air conditioning barely worked the bedding wasn't clean either and they don't give out towels or toilet paper if you stay more than a couple weeks, there's two employees that were amazing but forgot there names they were females they were very helpful, they charge $50 if your a minute late past 11 to pay at the desk with no hesitation and you cant pay over the phone once your already staying there you can only pay at the front desk and I mean 11:01 your paying a late fee with no excuses my mother was in the hospital and I called and explained they said I wouldn't receive a late fee and guess what they charged me a late fee they didn't care about any situation and there's cops that are called out there very frequently. This hotel is like an overpriced trap house.

I traveled alone as a woman. I was given a room on the first floor with a door was completely broken, holes in the wall, and dirty sheets. I asked to be moved and I was given a room with a door that barely closed. I barricaded myself in with the chair in the room and had to shove toilet paper in the holes in the walls just in case. Checked out about an hour later out of fear.

The beat thing would be to get my refund because the hotel was very dirty and it looked like a crack hotel. And it smelled with roaches i couldn't bathe because it was not a bathing environment.
