I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Not only was the room overpriced, but I was shocked to find out that parking was not included in the package. I had to pay an additional fee just to park my car, which I found to be completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

10/10 recommend staying here with my family. Great spot loved the kitchen it had. Also the pool was the best part for my kids they enjoyed it!!!! I just hate that parking is $25 a day that’s a lot on top of renting out a car!! But overall, it was a good stay. Housekeeping cleaned our area everyday we stayed. Also kept us with brand new towels and pool towels.

The pool was always clean and very spacious. They had the same breakfast every morning nothing new . Room services was so late past 430pm. The last 2 nights i had no room services because i came from the waterparks at 5pm and my room was still not cleaned .

We received a warm welcome from the front desk staff, Emilio, as soon as we arrived and checked out of the hotel. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Definitely will stay here again.
