Stayed for two nights while we enjoyed Disney. Check in was a breeze and our room was clean and comfortable. First floor hall had a leak but staff were working on it. All the staff were wonderful

Springbreak Vacation.

The staff are amazing, but the location is by highway and very noisy from moving cars. We had a leak from the ceiling above us for three hours. Another night there was no internet in the whole hotel until the following morning, and we also had a water shutdown for an entire night. Other than these issues, the hotel should have been excellent overall.

Nice place clean and quiet. The staff was nice and friendly. The only thing I had an issue with was the charge for parking. I do not understand why they charge for parking at the facility if you are staying there. That should be included in the price.
