The ac in our first room didn’t work an had a strong musty smell. Then after being switched rooms the ice machine on our floor didn’t work. The hotel was practically empty an we were put on the 4th floor which I didn’t understand. No snacks or breakfast. Will not return.

This hotel is in the perfect location so close to everything literally walking distance and the room was very clean, and had no carpet, will definitely stay there again

The first room me and my family went in was nasty.. the refrigerator wasn’t working then the second they put us in the microwave when I open to take my goddaughter food out.. The employee told me and my family that they didn’t have no room service to clean the room

This is a location hotel. Don’t expect fancy accommodations. Everything works, nothing is broken but lots of things should be upgraded. It worked for us because all we needed was a place to sleep near to all the attractions.

wrong service open the door without knocking wasn’

As me and wife sleep on 09-12-25 9:30am room service ladies open the door without knocking me and my wife wasn’t comfortable so we left didn’t even stay the last night….

Smelled bad, mold in the bathroom, our first room smelled so strong of weed I thought someone was smoking in the room right before we walked in. Bed was squeaky and the blankets had cigarette hole burns in them

The front desk lady with the nose ring is amazing. The general manager on the other hand that comes into rooms, demanding that feeling like he has to throw people out of rooms that could politely be asked to renew was a reason I have my review.
