This property will still charge you for your service dogs even if you show their papers and they wait for you to leave before they charge you, and will say it’s because the dog barked when they knocked!! We drove over 15 hours to get there and we couldn’t take them to the park because we had no one to watch them as we rode the rides so we let them rest in the room in their crates and we were charged!!!!! I will be contacting Choice Hotel as well as ADA!!!

DO NOT COME HERE. Staff was helpful and nice enough. But there was a roach in the bathroom!!! Cup rings on every surface tells me room wasn’t properly cleaned between guests. Toilet was dirty, water seeping from under the floorboards. Odd smell. Not a great experience

Stayed for 6 days/5 nights while there for a baseball trip. Property served my needs well. Good area, with lots of stores/restaurants/etc around. Felt safe. Property is dated. Needs some help. Room was OK (no garbage can, what?). Bed was decent. TV was big and newer. Has a pool but I didn't use it. Free breakfast was very limited on items. But if you need a reasonable $$ place to stay that treats you well, this is a good choice.

The hotel was wonderful I enjoyed my week-long stay the staff was very polite and helpful and the hotel itself was clean I felt very safe there the only few issues that I had was when I arrived my room did not have any locks on the inside door the first one had been broken off and the deadbolt wouldn't turn but upon bringing it to the maintenance people's attention they immediately moved me to a new room that had working locks and then fixed the locks on the other room. There were some women fighting outside my room in the pool screaming very loudly I don't know what the deal was but I called the front desk and they told me to call the police I didn't do so cuz I knew that they'd be gone by the time the police arrived the breakfast could have been better instead of juice they had Kool-Aid pouches which I thought was weird some microwavable breakfast sandwiches would have been nice too all they had was waffles which were good don't get me wrong but then they had toast and oatmeal

Good hotel for just sleeping. Very close to Disney. If you are on vacation and just want a place to lay your head, this is the place to go. Clean sheets and pillows. Staff replaces towels and washcloths on a daily basis.

Good hotel

Satisfying stay. Floor could have used a little more cleaning, and the blow dryer by the sink was always in the way when shaving or brushing my teeth. Other than that, no major complaints. Reasonable for the budget and comfortable bed with many TV channels to choose from. Will be back in the near future.
