Loved that the hotel was in the heart of I Drive and just down the road from Icon Park. We checked in late at night, and the front desk people didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. I stood “in line” tho there was no one else around until one of them acknowledged me. The one who called me over seemed very bothered by the fact that I was there and was quite stand offish with next to no customer service skills. No greeting. Just stared at me until I said I was checking in. The check in process was fairly quick and we were sent on our way. Getting to our room was a relief after a long drive but upon opening the door, we were meet with a strong odor. While it appeared clean, it smelled very strongly of must, mold, and an overzealous dosing of Lysol. Everything felt damp. The carpet, the bed sheets, the pillows, everything. It was 3am at this point so we just aired out the room while we unpacked, which helped tremendously, and then went to sleep. Waking up the next morning, we realized we’d missed the fact that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom so we had to call and request one. It didn’t take long for them to bring it and put it up for us which was very nice. All in all, we didn’t spend a ton of time in the hotel room, we were on vacation after all. There were some definite things that could have been better. However, for the price, I will stay there again for sure.

Hotel is a little dated with dark rooms with an old style a/c but the service and convenience is excellent. Hotel restaurant has a decent buffet for breakfast and dinner with average food but excellent pricing.

Great price for the location, which is VERY centrally located on the nicer side of i-drive. We've stayed here frequently when we drive up from Miami, for a day or 2 at the parks. Will definitely return again.

Hotel location is great … right on International Drive …. Parking is free if you’re a guest which is also a plus! Checking in line was long and only 2 employees. Found a beetle wt the head of my bed (had to quickly grab my 3 yo and move her). Went to tell front desk staff. I was advised they had no rooms to move me to… she can send housekeeping with new sheets and I… yes me…. I can change them myself. Housekeeping never arrived …. Rooms are also a bit outdated…. High floors have very low walls and can be dangerous for little ones
