We were there for less than 24 hours. But it met our needs. It was clean and the staff were all friendly.

Not a good experience

The Staff was unattentive and problematic. They acted like they were doing me a favor. We had 2 PREPAID rooms. My wife prepaid for the rooms but they would not allow me to check into both rooms. The attendant gave me a card and said I would need to call some number to change the reservation. Creating a problem where there was none. After traveling 16 hrs I was tired and having to deal with a condescending person uninterested in helping was less than ideal. What an impression your “hospitality” staff provided. If I hadn’t been so tired and if I didn’t have the need to prepare for an important meeting I would have cancelled the reservation immediately. You need to educate front desk staff on their roll. Because if this person’s attitude I would pick a tent over your hotel. I am a physician with a large family and the likelihood of us returning to one of your hotels is slim to none.

The best place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful. I asked for an amazing room and the hotel delivered. We stayed on the 8th floor building F with the best view. It was pretty quiet. We were near everything and even went for a walk. The walk led us to so many shopping places and restaurants. It was awesome.

They canceled my reservation without telling me. I had a book now pay later reservation. I was told they attempted to charge my card but it allegedly was declined so they canceled. Mind you I NEVER got a notification from my bank that my card was declined. I never received notification from the hotel or expedia that my reservation was canceled. They did end up getting me a room but I was not very happy. I think there should be better communication.

I will definitely be doing a yearly trip to this hotel. It's in the perfect place walking distance to so much. It was so quiet and clean. My 6 yr old liked it better than the waterpark hotels. The restaurant, café, front desk and everyone else was so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. PS. I'm saying this as a coffee snob ..Great coffee at the café!

room reeked of smoke as soon as we walked in, called front desk immediately and they said they would attempt to get it out while we where out, and if it was not out, we would be transferred to another room. when we came back the room was no better and we where un able to transfer after multiple efforts because of the lack of care in the front desk person on late night hours. the lack of quality in the service here made our experience on the property and during the stay overall far less enjoyable. it was miserable, all due to the lack of effort from the staff.

Its a good price hotel with nice amenities. a bunch of walkable location. Walked down international drive and went to play mini golf, had dinner and checked out the area. all in walking distance.

I got a great deal on the room, so I’m not complaining and I totally get that I filled one of the very last open rooms… I wanted to be close to Universal and this place is CLOSE. That being said, my room faced I-4 and the traffic woke me up every morning — no need for an alarm clock. Room was extremely clean. A little dated but fully functional. Staff were so polite and nice. I asked a housekeeper for an extra coffee pod, she gave me 3. Shower was too hot. Ha, yes TOO hot. In the summer I could see the boiling shower water being an issue. Or for kids. Seriously, there was no cold water to be had in that shower, and I let it run for a bit on the coldest setting before I got in. Still scalding hot. I wasn’t comfortable washing my colored, over processed hair in it. Nevertheless, I’d stay here again.
