Service was excellent, my room was super clean and I have the first floor that I had requested, I am please with the service and the cleaning crew did a wonderful job and I always have cleans room and towels. No complaints from me. I would set recommend this hotel.

I stepped out of the restaurant to use the phone right outside and they called security on me accusing me of walking out on my bill, they could see me the whole time, very embarrassing, never spending money with Rosen again

Stayed for a universal studios vacation and family time. I love the fact that there is a shuttle included with stay to get us to and from universal. They also offer a Disney shuttle for a fee. The hotel is in a prime spot with icon park in walking distance. For the calmer days away from the big theme parks. The Buffet dining hall located in the hotel was amazing. They might as well include the price of buffet with stay cuz we were there everyday!!! They have a small bar and grill that offers happy hour so a great way for adults to get some time in while the kids are napping. And the little bite store and gift shop inside the hotel was a great touch as well. Only down side was our bathroom wasn't that clean when we arrived, mainly the tub. But I travel with cleaner anyway since COVID, so I cleaned the bathroom and after that we were good to go. Also the park they have on location was closed during our stay due to maintenance. My son was hoping to get some time in the park but maybe next time.
