My room was so clean...maybe the cleanest room ever. The room didn't have that awful smell when you turn on the ac or heater. The room had no awful lingering scents. The shower was awesome. There is onsite security. The location was great to and convienient.

The bathroom door was not ADA friendly, one of the doors to the sink area was broken or stuck, so restroom had no functioning privacy door. The blankets had small brown stains randomly splattered around.

Great location, easy to navigate. Right at an I-Trolley stop. Literally the perfect spot for our location. Only negative- there was no shower curtain, even after I requested one, so showering was awkward and made a mess . All in all a great location.
