Great hotel in a great location
This hotel is brilliant, I have stayed there now 3 times over the past 18 months. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job, all of the staff say "hello" to you with a smile on their face. There are no resort fees (there is a$50 hold), the parking is free, the I-ride stop is right outside the back of the hotel and there are free shuttle buses to universal studios!

The place was clean with good accommodations, although I did feel that the gym could’ve at least had a bench press. Overall for someone that was on a work vacation, the WIFI was terrible. I even went to the front to talk about the issue but have not gotten a work back from IT or anybody. It’s a good place to stay at but bring your own router
