The staff were pretty young and was professional average, depends on whom you talk with. The room was old school, a lot of humidity so we needed to open the door but otherwise it was ok and normal clean. You have a lot of stores around it (restaurants, gift shops, small supermarket) The best thing is being close to theme parks (Universal/Disney)

Rosen Inn properties has been our go to whenever we visit Universal. This location is much more convenient due to the shuttle service and near our favorite Japanese restaurant, Sushiology.

Great value. Water was high pressure and hot water available at all times. So many options to eat and shop close by. Universal and Disney Springs a short drive.
