When I made my reservation, it said that checking in time begin at 11 AM. I got to the hotel at 12 and the gentleman that was in pthe front desk. His name was Chris told me that if I wanted to go in earlier, I had to pay $25 plus tax and I told him and I show him my reservation that Expedia has sent to me and he told me that it didn’t matter in a very rude attitude as well that the only way that I could go in if I paid the $25 plus tax and I had to contact Expedia for more information I don’t understand if it says one thing in your reservation and then they say something else who’s right and who’s wrong here would I ever get an answer probably not

My only complaint is that the waterfall into the hot tub was super powerful and loud, not relaxing constantly being splashed in the face and couldn’t hear my husband talk. Everything else was fantastic, beds were SUPER comfortable, clean rooms, loved the bathroom setup, and also loved the marketplace area being open at 10pm on a Sunday night. It was great to be able to walk in and grab a fountain drink and they had a huge selection of snacks. Would definitely stay again.
