The property was less than appealing upon arrival. I paid extra for a balcony room. However, we couldn’t really enjoy the balcony. Each light pole has an added extremely bright light that stays on 24 hours a day. This light shined right onto our balcony. It was blinding. The chairs on the balcony were rusted and rotted. You couldn’t sit on them. The bathtub was on a slope making it difficult to not slip in the shower. The coffee maker didn’t work but they never replaced it. There were multiple areas of repairs with poor finishing touches. There was an open electrical panel in the hallway near the elevator that was simply covered with clear plastic. Very underwhelming experience.

Do not stay.

Thr check in was simple and easy. When i got to the room is a different sorry. I booked a king with a balcony. The bed was hard and not clean, it only had one sheet and that was their version of a comforter. The balcony door was open and i could barely close it. Thr bathroom wasnt that clean as well I called front desk, rhe change me rooms. The room was 2 double beds mind tou i payed for a king room. She said it's all they had and tild me i could check out. I went to check out and she said they were gping to refund me for the room. I just got a email saying they arent going to refund me. Rhey charge you 15 per day to park on the property and a 20 for a resort fee when there nothing about this place that was resort type.

The rooms bathroom sink had low water pressure which made it difficult to use. The elevator was kinda scary at time but for the most part it worked. I liked the idea of self serving snack area in the lobby but could have been replenished more often. It was always out of my favorite ice cream. The breakfast was average and most of the time the breakfast foods needed to be replenished quicker (to keep you from waiting for them) all and all not a bad place to stay.

Everything was perfect, the staff is incredible, they let us leave out luggage till the end of day. The swimming pool is very cute. I would just suggest more vegetarian options and bread for breakfast.

Bed was hard. Missing face cloths. Room was serviced once in a 6 day stay. Breakfast was cold eggs and greasy string bacon. Won’t be back!

Vishon at the front desk is friendly, willing and able to answer your questions. Would like to have the option of breakfast at a lower cost instead of $14.99 per a person. This amount is extremely costly for basic items (eggs, toast, potatoes and coffee). McDs does the above items for one-third of the price. The place and room was cleaned everyday.
