Older hotel that was given a face lift & it was exactly what we needed & expected for the very fair price. We stayed 4 nights for an ESPN event for our teen & we had the two bedroom unit w kitchenette/living area. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Location is great w a lot of conveniences walkable. We lucked out w 85 degree days in February & utilized the heated pool every chance we got! The courtyard is so peaceful a lot of the day when I guess everyone is at the parks. Even though you are right near a main highway you walk through the doors to cozy resort away from the hustle. Palm trees & a pool bar w a hot tub. The staff keeps it well kept & clean. We had reasonably priced drinks at the pool bar in the evenings, they are open until 11pm. Breakfast was decent, something hot that changes daily along w muffins, waffles, juices, oatmeal, cereals & fruit. Coffee was always available in the lobby. Idk what brand of mattresses they have but I would love one in my own house! So comfortable! And we had options of pillows on the bed w the cases marked “soft” or “firm.” Was a nice added touch that we appreciated. We found the lighting in our room to be very dark/dim. It was hard to see at times, especially bathroom lighting. We will definitely be returning guests for our future events.

It’s very dirty. Breakfast is horrible. The elevators were out of service all the time. The housekeeping didn’t clean our rooms all five days. There was even a bug on my bed! I would not recommend this property to anyone!

El personal es muy agradable, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Lo único que no nos gusto es que la maquina de hielo del 3er piso estaba dañada al igual que 1 ascensor. El ascensor que funcionaba estaba fallando y sonaba horrible. De resto todo muy bien.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good with lots of options and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel has a secluded oasis feel that we really appreciated. Would definitely come back!

The man at the feont desk upon check in was very rude and not friendly! Then we had no sheets for the pull out couche or pillows so i had to call front desk which when i came up there u have to ask for that at arrival. Never had to ask that at any hotels i stayed at ,it already had those necessities. Lastly, went to take a showdr and there's no hot water its luke warm if that so i called the front desk and no manager to speak to until Monday. Crazy never paid to stay somewhere wheres theres no hot water.

Room smell

The room smelled like cigarettes so badly. My personal blankets and pillows smell horrible now. The smell caused me to be restless all night. It was very strong. Very unhappy with that.
