The property itself was a little old and dated. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice and helpful. The pool was out of service but that was at no fault of the hotels. Very good location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very short drive to Disney.

Great for families and close to attractions.
From checking in, both attendants were frendly and welcoming. I had to make a small change in my reservations and theyvwere able to accommodate. Rooms are spacious and having a small kitchen is so helpful when traveling with an infant. Pool was welcoming and fun. The AC in the loving room would shut off, making it a bit warm now and then, but the AC from the other rooms helped cool down that area. Warm breakfast was great, nice selection and excellent staff there to serve and assist you. I have stayed at this place numerous times and will return the next time I am in the area. Which is pretty often. They arw pet friendly as well, so perfect since we travel with ours.

There was poop at the bottom of the pool. I made a complaint to the office desk. Next evening, I went to pool, still there. I called the desk, extremely dismissive and rude. Was not able to provide an answer, just said it is not poop, nut refused to provide an answer re what is at the bottom of the pool, why does it smell and why was it not picked and cleaned. Very dismissive and showed they do not care about customer’s concerns of public health. She kept saying I am just the front desk. Very disappointing how things are handled or not handled. The unit was nice.

I decided to rent a room here. When i arrived the first clerk seemed nice but he was on the fence. I was charged a resort fee of 20.43 like the app said, but was charged an additional $10 which wasnt explained it only happened once I made it out the lobby. No big deal but surprise charges should be explained. Once in the room everything was nice it was just a small area. The bathroom is not for someone with claustrophobia cause they will have a meltdown. The night went well. However the next day was unexpected. While at breakfast i observed people grabbing and going outside because the breakfast area was packed. So I told my two boys to come with me and we will grab their sides and find a table outside. When i went to get the sides the lady serving us seemed apprehensive to give us food. I ignored it. It wasnt until she screamed to my husband "you can't take food out of here!" is when things turned crazy. The staff and manager hurried to try to say it wasnt a race thing but the lady laughed with another patron saying people come off the streets all the time to take breakfast. Excuse me??? I clearly checked her and her cackling friends. They tried to apologize and bandaid it but it didnt help with the humiliation of her trying to embarrass us as if we couldnt afford to be there.

Great and convenient location. Close to Old Town park, Walgreens and plenty souvenir shops. Shuttle service (charter bus) was convenient for park opening hours. Plus, they offered complimentary laundry facilities and daily breakfast. Excellent customer service by Odette at the front desk. Will definitely return when in the area again.
