The room was dirty the carpet was sticky the furniture was broken. The bar and restaurant were closed. The store was empty and closed. The property was covered with trash. Sad because we had stayed here before and enjoyed it very much. Has gone down hill.

Tv didn't work. Heat didn't work. Called for maintenance and they said they were gone for the night. This place is a mess. I stayed there years ago and it was fine. I'll never stay there again.

Worst place to stay in Kissimmee

This hotel needs to be taken off of hotels.com! The pictures are not in any way current. I'm surprised this place hasn't been condemned! It looks like a dump with trash everywhere all over the ground, pot holes everywhere in the parking lot, and weeds growing out of every flower bed. The pool and hot tub were inoperable and the food court is closed. They don't have housekeepers so there is no telling when the last time the sheets were changed was. There was only one working light bulb, the hair dryer looks like it was burned into the socket, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. At one time this was a decently fair priced place to stay but now it looks like a homeless shelter. I would love to have my money back as we had to sleep on top of the covers the first night and didn't even stay the second night. I'm sure they will give some bs excuse as to why they can't do that though.

There was people smoking weed the room were dirty and the carpets were stained. I have never in the past experienced seralargo like that before . It was horrible and I checked out within the same hour I got there !

Not as advertised. The first room they gave me looked as if a series of crimes had taken place there, i have pictures. They just tried to blow it off until i showed them photos. 2nd room was slightly better, but still smelled bad, walking on carpet made my feet black. 2 lamps broken, bathroom ceiling peeling, sink didn't drain properly. No working hot tub or tiki bar, grounds covered in trash, no housekeeping services. Lost hot water/cable 1 day each. Their excuse... it's an old hotel, the pictures and description from when they opened. So... it opened in the 70-80s, no one could update the website since then. ... besides, there was no internet in the 70s and 80s. Simply fraud as far as i am concerned. I dont need fancy, but i do require clean and honesty.

Disappointing Stay, Avoid if Cleanliness is a Priority My recent stay at the Seralago Hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness and well-maintained accommodations. I booked this hotel based on the appealing photos online, but the reality was far from what was advertised. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that the hotel is not being properly maintained. The couch and bed were covered in visible stains, which was frankly disgusting. The bathroom was filthy, and the paint was peeling off the doors, shower stall, and tub, creating an unsanitary environment. The floors were also dirty, adding to the overall sense of neglect. Beyond the cleanliness issues, several of the room's amenities were not functioning. The phone didn't work, making it difficult to contact the front desk. The lamps flickered and sparked, with exposed wiring that seemed like a fire hazard. Even the simple task of getting clean sheets proved impossible; when I requested them, I was told the hotel had no extras available. My attempts to address these concerns with the front desk were met with little more than an apology. While I appreciate an acknowledgment of the problems, it did nothing to rectify the situation. The lack of action from the staff further compounded my disappointment.

The room we had was disgusting, the carpets use to be blue and were black with mold on them. They was toilet paper in the toilet and I flushed the toilet 3 times and the paper wouldn't go down. This is not a good place especially if you have an mold allergies. Of course the pictures online were nothing like the actual room, please beware

The pool and hot tubs were broken. The only reason we booked here was for the hot tub. We were highly disappointed that we had to pay a $40 “resort fee” for what is actually a run down hotel.
