Our check in clerk was amazing. She was very friendly and helpful. We had just returned from a cruise disembarkation and were exhausted. She provided an early check in and advise on when to reserve airport shuttle space for our flight the next morning.

I got a room assigned for two days of my stay at the far end of the building. So only easiest option for me was to park the car at the far rear end of the building, take the rear door to get inside, and get to my room by the elevator. I couldn't enjoy the lobby or all the niceties of the building. It was more like a backdoor entry and exit.

At check-in was unable to secure a shuttle for early morning flight, only 1 shuttle running with max of 11 passengers. These were all booked and there’s no option to reserve a shuttle prior to check in. Very inconvenient when you think you are staying close to airport for convenience.
