The staff is very friendly and the rooms Are very nice especially for a family of 5. The only negative is you have to pay for parking. Not sure how I missed that but parking was not included with the hotel stay which was a bummer.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. The food at the restaurant was also very good. I would absolutely stay here again.

Just an overnight stay because of a delayed flight. Room's were clean and comfortable, enjoyed a drink at the bar. Wish I could of stayed longer to enjoy the breakfast and some of the amenities.

Amazing Stay!

I was absolutely surprised of wow beautiful and cozy the room was. Design layout gave the look of a mini junior suite. Very spacious and comfortable seating and beds, staff was super helpful and friendly. Will be definitely staying here again!

My reservation was cancelled on the day of booking 2/15 without prior notice. I had booked in Jan via Expedia. I got multiple confirmations of the booking. They cancelled it while my plane was in the air. I was stranded with a 3 year with a medical condition and a 5 year old at the airport. Manager had no regard for my situation and couldn’t explain why my reservation was cancelled. I provided him the receipt of my booking confirmation to no help. My young children and my wife were sleeping on the airport floor till I could find a room somewhere else. Out of 25 calls to hotels over 2 hours only one motel had a room available and we didn’t get to bed till 3am. I came to find that Orlando was very busy on 2/15 due to Daytona, Valentine’s Day, etc. so they probably cancelled my reservation (because my flight was a late arrival 11:15p) to make more money. Very unprofessional, and I have never heard of anyone cancelling a confirmed reservation. The Sheraton used to be a good brand but my experience was it’s down the tubes.
