The property is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful. There are many pools and jacuzzi’s so you have options if you want to be someone quiet or if you would like to be where the action is (which isn’t much lol)

It was the 1st time for me and my family to stay in Sheraton vistana resort and it was really a good stay! Staff were nice and welcoming, the property is safe and feels like a nice neighborhood, the apartment was spacious and comfy. Definitely will be my first choice when I return to orlando!

Excellent balcony rooms.
This room was amazing. Next time we will be taking the family. I believe there are 6 different pools. The property is massive so you never feel crowded here. This would be a 5 star rating had it not been for room service knocking on the door at 9 am when checkout is 10.

Comforts of Home!
The accommodations were wonderful for our family trip. The kids enjoyed how much space we had in our townhome. We loved how much there was to do at all hours of the day, whether it was swimming, aerobics by the pool, tennis or mini golf. I also enjoyed that there were 3 restaurants on site that delivered. One thing to note is that for the townhomes, you do not have an elevator and do have to carry your luggage up and down 1 story amount of stairs. It wasn't an issue for us and didn't overshadow our wonderful stay!
