I wasn't aware that I will need to go for 15 minutes from the lobby with all my bags to my building and room. After that unpleasant journey, I realized that the key to my room wasn't working. Luckily enough hotel employee was nearby, so I didn't have to go with my bags back to registration, but it did make me wait for 25-30 minutes to get into my room, in addition to the 15-minute walk. A very frustrating experience.

Was very disappointed when I arrived at 6 pm and they told me they did not have a room ready that I needed to wait for a text to let me know it was ready, we had to get a manager involved to get a room. Then we decided to go eat at the restaurant in hotel the food was good but their waiter was not not sure if it was a race situation because he quite friendly with his type of people but not with us,we had to wait for him to care that we were their until I got upset went to him and told him we have been waiting for him he was not friendly to me didn’t even look at me the rest of the night had same attitude

Be aware - no more free parking

After years of not charging for parking, there is now a $25/night charge. I was not told this at check-in. Since we had such a long stay, the parking fees were absurd.

Not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been too. The photos online are not an accurate representation of the room itself. Once we got our room the furniture was outdated and it did not feel clean at all. I honestly did not want to sit on the sofa until I tossed one of the extra blankets on top of it. I’m thankful I thought ahead to bring disposable slippers because my toddlers socks after a short time of walking around.. we’re so bad we ended up just throwing them away. We stayed from Monday-Friday and housekeeping only came 1 time and that was on Wednesday. When I requested for the trashcan be removed the front office told me that would be an additional charge. When I requested extra towels for the 2nd time (because we wound use them on the bathroom floor because of how dirty the floors were) we were told the 1st time is complimentary, additional towels after that is extra. First I was told $25 then I was told $15. The grounds are pretty but it doesn’t make up for the inside being so outdated and dirty. We checked out on Friday and ended up going to another hotel 20 minutes away that was way cheaper and this one is more updated, bigger, and cleaner.
