Sales meetings
It was a great hotel but I didn’t realize it was part of the capital club and they encourage you to participate in the sales meetings. We did it and wasted 3 hours of our time. So just be aware.

Our stay was great...our check-in experience was awesome and the front desk attendant was very nice. She explained all the amenities at the resort and everything we would need to enjoy our stay. I was really impressed that they had an small onsite market where you could purchase food, supplies, etc. in case you wanted to cook a meal in your room. We requested additional towels and other items and they were very prompt to send them over. We will definitely stay here again.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite with balcony but once I arrived I was told they were over booked and that I was being placed on the 1st floor. Which had no balcony or even a patio. When I’m traveling with just my daughter for comfort and safety I prefer the 2nd floor or higher. The suite we got was okay except a little outdated, shower head was dirty and the telephone didn’t work at all.

Other then they were trying to book us in for a time share meeting it was ok. The rooms were not too bad after we got swapped. The pictures online did not look like the actual room. We wanted a kitchen suit and got a mini fridge and microwave even though the picture showed a kitchen

Property itself was very nice looking however the units are in desperate need of repair and renovation. I don’t expect when I check into a hotel to be sold a bill of goods and in order to obtain a parking pass I have to sign up to watch a video and be sold on a timeshare.

Not as enjoyable as our first visit… we were told we were going to be in an owner’s suite with plenty of upgrades, however this was not the case. We only had a tiny kitchenette, balcony overlooked woods, so close that we could probably touch the trees, no ice machine in the building, and they wanted to charge us for extra toilet paper. Not sure if we’ll be back.
