Great customer service, all of the employees were very pleasant. The rooms were a little dated and could use some updating but altogether we had a great stay and the a/c worked great so that’s a plus for us.

This resort is in an absolute sweet spot... Apart from the resort having pretty much everything you need, it's minutes away from shopping and dining. Not to mention were practically at Disney!

The units are very spacious and were better than expected. The beds could be better but on this trip we went to Animal Kingdom and Epcot and this location was a short drive to both.

We have previously stayed at Silver Lake & really enjoy the property. It is convenient to Disney parks & there are plenty of dining & shopping choices within 10 minutes from the property.

The room was very nice, but they need better sound proofing, I could hear conversations in the room next to ours and unfortunately they had children running around and yelling and we could hear it all. We were only there for a few nights to get out of the path of the hurricane, it served its purpose. I was really surprised that they did not have Keurig coffee makers, only a regular coffee pot, so plan accordingly and don't bring k-cups, bring filters and ground coffee. They did offer coffee packets that could be used in the coffee pot, but the coffee was not that good. They do have a business in there that sells all kinds of things that you could possibly want or forgot to bring which was great, but prices are high as I expected. They make sandwiches, pizza, etc. as well as had muffins and danish that could be purchased.

The staff has very bad communication between them and they’re telling people they get a free night when is actually not true which has affected us because we didn’t look for a new hotel because of what they said and then we had to leave since we didn’t get the “free night” so now we’re spending way more money than i expected trying to accommodate. I tried to get hurricane fares and they said they didn’t do that and then when I was checking in someone else mention the hurricane fares which it was way less than what I had to pay and even tho they mentioned those fares they didn’t change my reservation. Also, someone was saying something completely different on the phone and then at the front desk they would say something else. I was staying there as a refugee escaping the hurricane since I live in st Pete. At the end, even tho they gave us some extra time to check out, the cleaning people were right out of the door rushing us when we were trying to pack as fast as we could since they barely gave us time to check out. Some of the staff doesn’t speak English so it was hard to talk about what was going on so they were just staring at us while we were trying to pack and leave. Amenities are good but service is not the best.

We went to check in and our room was not ready. They said they would contact me when it was ready. I took my family to the pool ans awaited them to contact me. After a few hours i went to the room and it was ready. In the morning i was awoken by someone opening our door as they had been assigned the same room. The actual villa was very big and accomodating.
