ONE NIGHT STAY FAIR to GOOD

I checked in on 3/1/25 for a quick overnight trip to Orlando. The hotel is easy to locate from the MCO airport. The check in was very good, as Henry was a pleasure to speak with. He made the experience very good, as compared to the actual accommodations. The parking lot only allows access in/out from one location. The hotel was at capacity, I did find a space near a side door which is close to the one elevator for a 3-floor hotel. The lobby is large enough with an adjacent breakfast area. Breakfast is just a step above continental and was fine for overnight with Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, pastries oatmeal and a waffle maker. Our room was 220, end of hall, a few steps from the elevator. It reaked of, well, foot odor. The carpeting is a very dark brown/black. The room was large, two double/queen beds with a sofa. The TV worked just fine and also a microwave and fridge were in the room. The bathroom was large. There is a soaker, spa like tub (not even sure why a hotel has this) and is extremely high to climb in to. There is excessive signs of wear in the bathroom, (apologies, not photos) the hairdryer attached to the wall works, the buttons were jammed. The water was a good temperature and shower worked well. As for my initial comments, Henry was fabulous. The hotel will be changing to a MARRIOTT in the near future.

There were mold spores on the full length mirror. Also the shower door opened into an electrical switch. This is very dangerous due to risk of electric shock.

Great place close to the airport for an overnight stay. Clean, nice staff, good parking (no charge!) Breakfast was not extensive but that was ok. I was on my way out to drive up to Ocala, so no time to sit and dine.

Not being from Orlando, I was concerned initially about what type of hotel we would get for the rate we were getting. I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived. We are agreed by probably one of the friendliest staffs I’ve ever experienced, who made us feel right at home. The minute we walked in the door there was an amazing aroma of fresh cut flowers that was not overbearing, but had a real “Homie“ feel. The rooms were spotless, and very spacious. Having spent the prior seven nights in different hotels, due to my travel, This has been the best experience thus far this month.

This hotel is a 2.5 - 3 star. It was clean, easy to access, and had a basic breakfast. It was also reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

Check in was VIP with Henry comparable to Ritz Carlton! He went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. The room is comfortable, as is the bed and pillows, however the property is old and tired with a musty smell. The rooms have all you need and are clean even though the carpet needs to be replaced and the furniture is marked. These things are esthetically unappealing but didn’t impact the room comfort. If they replaced all flooring on property it would make a huge difference.

Front desk was nice - bathroom was a little outdated and shower was very slippery but overall a great place especially for the price - would stay here again if I was in the area
