This isn't a fancy place to stay, but I'd absolutely stay here again. It's clean, conveniently located, and well-priced. Easy check-in process through the app.

Pictures don’t tell a true story
Water never gets hot. I reported this to the staff but found no improvement of the issue. After reporting the issue we came back to the room to find the curtains open and the door not closed properly so anyone could just walk in. The bed covers should be replaced as they were all lumpy and looked like they had been washed and all the insides were lumped together. The pictures give a false sense of the quality of the property. The parking gates were apparently broken and missing so anyone could enter the property. One night I got a message saying that due to staffing issues that the office would be closed that evening until morning.

Check in process wasn’t the best. I didn’t receive an email for steps regarding check in & because I booked through Expedia I had different directions so I had to talk to a rep over the phone for 20mins to get checked in. The rep was very nice so that was a plus, there was nobody at the front desk to help with this. Other than that, room was nice, beds were comfy & very convenient to stay for Disney travels.

We traveled with our three boys, a 7 years old, a toddler and a 3 months old baby. Everything was super clean which was my main concern traveling with a baby. The hotel is in a really good location. We are Disney annual pass holders and we will definitely make this place our go to hotel every time we visit Orlando.
