It was convenient for 6 people. Every appliance worked well. Rooms and bathrooms were large. Loved the double sinks in the bathrooms. We didn’t use the tubs. The location of this building was great as it had a Publix right next door and it was close to Universal Studios, restaurants, Walgreens, etc. Another plus, we were able to see a beautiful fireworks show from the balcony around 9pm (on Sunday night before Memorial Day). We did have some issues: it was inconvenient to have to drive to the pool. We did not like the shower in the main bathroom because it was not adjustable, and in the kitchen we had to buy a new pan because the one available was in pretty undesirable conditions.

This was my first stay at a Sonder. Me and my two sons absolutely loved it. It provided a great home base as I attended a conference and my young adult sons visited theme parks. Arrival was easy; the condo was clean, comfy, and well appointed. The pool and pool bar are a high point. I would definitely stay here again if coming to Orlando again. Thanks for a great experience!

Overall the property was fine. There were little things that impacted our rating. It could have been cleaner upon arrival (there were toenails on the floor in one bedroom) and the furniture was minimalist. For example the dresser in the master bedroom was tiny, no end tables in the living room and no TVs in the non master bedrooms. On the plus side though the washer/dryer was great to have and Sonder provided enough pods to do multiple washes. The location was great (halfway between Disney and Universal), and the pool area was very nice. The price was great for this size condo except I think charging $15 a day to park is kind of lame for this type of property. Check in was a breeze (all handled electronically) and the grounds were well maintained. There was a shopping area within walking distance with a supermarket and 6 dining choices.

Great stay for a conference at Rosen Shingle Creek

Great stay for a conference at Rosen Shingle Creek. Location is great if you want the option to walk over, and also walk to Publix and a couple good restaurants. We visited the diner for breakfast and Beth's burger bar for dinner. The units were spacious with clean linens and full kitchens. Decor is tasteful. No complaints.

Everything we hoped for.

Prime spot for all the things we wanted to do. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely return. Conveniently located close to a grocery store so we didn't have to eat out every meal and could make some home cooked meals.

Easy check in and check out. Property was clean. Condo was advertised for party of 10 using pullout sofa but we only had a party of 8. Even for our group of 8 the sitting area/kitchen area was small. Close to Universal.

Decent and spacious for the family.

Fairly nice place. Shower was not cleaned well. However the tub was and everything else. Couches had some stain, and my sheet. My bed was not super comfortable, but that’s only because I usually sleep with a topper. So it was a little hard for me. The pool was nice, and location was convenient.
