This hotel is in a fantastic location, the hotel room layouts are great, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. However, the condition of the rooms themselves were not up to par. Mold was an huge issue. The rooms were certainly not deep cleaned and the bathrooms have no ventilation. Therefore, there was mold growing on the popcorn ceilings in all FOUR rooms we looked at. The first thing we noticed was the musty smell of our first room. It was late when we arrived so we hit the bed as soon as we got in the first night. By the next morning, we were sneezing, congested, and our eyes were burning. We got up and started looking closer to the room and found mold growing in the popcorn ceiling outside the bathroom. I called the front desk and they were worked to switch us to a new room. By that evening we had a new upgraded room. (one bedroom to two bedroom) However, same issue. Walked in and immediately hit with the smell of mold. Looked around, found the same mold issue as the first room. (mold growing in the popcorn ceiling outside of the bathroom) Called the front desk, grabbed two keys to check out two more units. SAME issue! However, there was ONE bedroom in one of the units with far less mold. So we decided to move into that unit, shut the other bedroom door and stay in the one bedroom. Fortunately, that seemed to have done the trick for that night, which was our last. Needless to say, we won’t stay there again simply due to the fact our health being at risk.

Love this hotel!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and were not disappointed either time. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean! We come into town for the AKC National Dog Show as vendors and to also show our dog. They are also very accomodating for pets! We will be back again next year!

The hotel is directly across from ICON Park. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff was so friendly. Check in and check out was easy. We had a view of the Ferris wheel at ICON Park and a view of the pool. Our room had a separate bedroom with king bed and a full kitchen. The refrigerator was a little loud through the night but it is a full size fridge. Otherwise it was very quiet from outside noise. We were very pleased and look forward to returning.

I love it , it’s literally by everything . The only thing I would’ve wanted to know ahead of time it’s a $100 deposit feee and $19 a day to park . Wow . Other than that it was clean and the holiday decorations were very welcoming and nice .

Three years ago, I stayed at this hotel, and my room had a strong smell of mold and mildew. I decided to give the hotel another chance, so my family and I booked a stay again over the Thanksgiving holiday. Unfortunately, I encountered the same issue: the bathroom had mold, which made me feel congested. Additionally, there was dog hair in the shower. I called the front desk, and they sent housekeeping to clean the bathroom, but they missed a large portion of the mold. As a result, our clothes ended up smelling like mold and mildew from the room. To make matters worse, we noticed people smoking marijuana on the property while we were walking to the elevator. Another family member had the same unpleasant experience. I will be contacting corporate about these issues.
