From the moment we stepped into our room there were issues. Staff is beyond rude and didnt even apologize once for anything!!! TV was broken, took 3 hours to get an extra towel after numerous calls and a walk to the lobby, elevator was broken all 3 nights of our visit and we were on the 3rd floor. Ice Machine & Vending Machine on my floor didnt work. Bed sheets dingy with holes and iron burn marks, shower curtain so dingy it was grey not white. There is no privacy in your room, so if you are a party of 4 there is no where for anyone to get dressed in private, the seperation to the bathroom and sleep area had NO DOOR. We stepped out to a theme park and arrived back around 8:30pm, my husband nor my card worked to open the room door, when I called for assistance I was told no one around to help at the moment. When I then walked down to complain to the front desk the solution they gave was to check me out and refund my money. This was almost 9pm my son’s birthday weekend in the month of Halloween Horror nights…as much as I wanted to leave couldnt find other accomodations at that time. Overall the hotel could have lots of potential, the location is perfect and if the staff cared for their guest and whoever running the show does some minor improvements it could be more welcoming. As of now, I will never stay there again!!!!!

This is not a fancy hotel by any stretch of the imagination but it was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, basic necessities were provided (besides the broken or empty ice machine), and the location is prime. The pool area was nice and the jacuzzi was hot and in working condition. Over all a very pleasant casual stay, a good value for the cost, and would absolutely stay again.

There was a lot of renovation going on, but the large dumpster outside my room left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was disappointing.The room was comfortable and there are a lot of dining options nearby.
