We came straight from the airport and went on to Disney the following day. Lovely friendly staff - the guy booking us in had some fantastic stories to tell re his love of music. Rooms have clearly been recently refurbished and I think they will be working on the rest of the site shortly. Within walking distance of lots of food outlets - we liked Red Robin. Brekky in the hotel was good value. My only negative would be the noise from the highway at the back of the property. Nothing they can do about that but if you are staying for a longer period ask for a room overlooking the pools. Thanks to all the staff for their welcome and hard work

I had some issue with my credit card and I booked the hotel thru Hotels.com but Hotels.com cancelled my 2 hotel rooms due to some card issue. However, the hotel was quick to solve it and got me 2 hotel rooms - same type of room I ordered before and the staff was SO helpful, friendly and nice. I would give this place 5 stars just for them. This hotel is under a major renovation so it doesn't look it's best in certain areas but I bought 2 hotel rooms and they were both renovated and they looked great! The only downside to the room for me was horrible water pressure. They do offer breakfast which I did not partake in but my best friend and husband did and they said it was great. There was a big selection and it was about $11 per person which was a good deal considering it would probably be more expensive at McDonalds. The only reason I am only giving this 3 stars is because a lot of the air conditioners were leaking and left water on the floor. I am fairly young so I was able to dodge most of it. However, one night, I face planted - HARD - on the floor. I did not see the water and I was practically ice skating on it. I never said anything because I was fine but If I was older.. that would have been another story. It was very dangerous. I don't know if someone saw me fall on the cameras or something but it was quickly gone with a lot of "wet floor" signs in that area. The hotel was in a good area and close to everything and again... the staff was amazing and so helpful. I p

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The location is perfect — close to parks like Universal Studios and in a safe, non-dangerous area. The surroundings looked very clean and secure, and the lobby was beautifully decorated. The rooms seemed recently renovated, very clean, with cozy beds and good-quality sheets — no stains at all on the bed linens or pillowcases. The room was also equipped with a microwave and a mini fridge, plus a special area to prepare meals, almost like a small kitchen but without a stove. I really appreciated that, since I always need to prepare food for my daughter. The bathroom was by far one of my favorite parts. It looked freshly renovated, with spotless paint, a modern glass bathtub, and a sink that looked brand new. Everything felt clean and well maintained, unlike other hotels I’ve stayed at where bathrooms sometimes feel dirty and unsafe. The towels also deserve special mention — they were very clean, bright white, soft, and of excellent quality, not old, stained, or worn out like in many other places. Another big plus was that during my entire stay, I didn’t see a single cockroach, which was a huge relief. Overall, I give this hotel a 10/10. My only suggestion would be to add some hooks or hangers for towels. This was a bit inconvenient, as I had to keep my towel folded on the counter, which didn’t allow it to dry properly and caused it to develop an unpleasant smell. Adding a solution for towel storage would make the stay absolutely perfect.

Rooms were clean. Upset that upon arrival, staff was not friendly and then we were told we have to pay a 95 dollar reserve fee. This was not communicated to us at any point of time when booking the place on site or via email. No further explanation of why a reserve fee was required being that all were paid in full and in advanced which was founded very inconvenient. Also, transportation to the parks could have more times as well as to ALL parks as stated. Epic was not on this list. We took this hotel because of said transfer to parks but it only had limited time drop offs and nothing for hhn, or epic universe.
