This hotel is really a motel with outdoor access to rooms. I left shortly after checkin because there were black small roaches on the floor and large brown cockroaches on the ceiling. Leftover hair on bathroom floor from the last guest and the front desk staff put us in a room with 2 double beds when I requested and paid for a King. The hotel refuses to issue a refund in a timely fashion after contacting them directly and through hotels.com. DO NOT STAY HERE. I went next door to Cambria and had a wonderful stay!!!!

The staff was good but the room was not what we expected. It looked like motel style in person. The vent was hanging in the bathroom. The shower curtain holder was old wood. The bag holders were rusted. It smelt like pest control. The wifi and tv connection was lagging. The iron wasn’t working properly. The bed wasn’t comfortable. We end up leaving early and slept else where. Not booking here again.

The TV in our room did not work well. It keot making a clicking sound and the picture would go on and off. They had someone could to look at it and the guy told us it the a Satellite issue (Dish TV). It never really got resolved.

Website is deceiving. Room was very disappointing, on the verge of disgusting. The base of the beds is some sort of cheap metal. Lamps have rusted base. Adjoining door between rooms where the light from the other room shows through. You can hear clearly the conversations in the room next door at all hours of the night. Trash overflowing at the garbage dumpster.

If I could give a zero I would. The hotel is a run down MOTEL not hotel. It is old, and a coat of paint isn’t going to help it. We got locked in our room because the safety lock wouldn’t open the door. The sheets were terrible and we checked in on time and we had to ask for more pillows and blankets because they were so bad. No iron in the room. Shower curtain barely long enough to stay in the shower. No toiletries besides hand soap. 0/5⭐️ Room 105
