The property is very convenient, well located, the hotel overall is good but we stayed in the first floor and you are a light sleeper you can hear everything, i was awake super early due to all the noise, then the hot water didn't have enough pressure, so u had to take a shower with very minimum hot water.. mattress was good if you are staying a couple of nights...

The staff was friendly and polite however the rooms and bathroom needed updating. The hotel did not have interior corridors which was hard to determine from the website and we had outside parking lot noise at 2:00 am that woke us up.

Great value hotel for visiting Universal

Great little hotel for a good night's rest. Old school roadside hotel that has been refurbished and maintained well. Rooms are updated and clean, beds are comfortable. Excellent air conditioning kept us cool after a long hot day. Bed linens should be updated, but other than that all was just fine. Every close to Universal and tons of restaurants nearby.

A/C was on all The time and there was not an option to change it, lower it or turn it off in fact there was a written requested right next to it saying that don’t unplug it that it has to be on all the time.

Arrived at this property 9:30pm. Requested a late checkout however that is not an accommodation I’m guessing because of the area. It’s a tourist area so it’s really not beneficial to Floridans traveling just to get away. Staff were ok. Seems to be an established for foreigners or Spanish. The room was ok for the price only stayed one night. Then to have to pay $12 for complimentary breakfast per person I don’t agree with. Was put on the first floor and of course staying on international drive I should have know it would be loud up until 2pm.

This was a nice simple hotel. A few things I didn’t like. You have to request for housekeeping we didn’t and I assume if you did you have to pay so I didn’t like that but we only stayed there 3 nights so I guess it’s no big deal also no complementary breakfasts. Breakfast was available and affordable but for what I payed for the hotel I think it should have been complementary. Other than that friendly staff decent WiFi nice pool definitely ok if you’re doing a little weekend trip wouldn’t necessarily recommend if you’re doing a full on vacation or longer trip.
