Beautiful Place to stay
This was an amazing place to stay. Had an entire home to ourselves and it was brand new. One of the best places I've ever stayed. Close to the parks and other attractions. The pools were great and we were able to have access to both property pools which was nice. Waterslides are impressive and the kids enjoyed it for hours. We will definately be staying here from now on when we travel to Orlando.

I rented two condos and it is ok …. just ok I wanted to love it. There is so much potential here. First they need to stop saying …. “ we are waiting for our grand opening ! “ they used this excuse back in March when we stayed there the first time. We gave them a second chance and there won’t be a third. These are the things they can work on. - we had no TV sound and it took a week to fix - water is only warm does not get hot and very little water pressure - asked for a bottle of water at front desk and was told no then waited to pay for one and it took 10 mins - gym hours and pool hours are limited and not heated - parking is far from condo and awkward to get in and out of unit - stayed for over a week and they have no cleaning service and refresh unless you pay additional

I was excited to stay here for the second time. The first time we stayed for long weekend and thought it was convenient, clean and safe. This time I wanted it to be special and I rented two units one for a long weekend and one for almost two weeks. Brian was my contact at first and was helpful and knowledgable. When I checked in it was late at night and got a very brief check in. Over the course of my stay I received rude service from the front desk ( I asked for a bottle of water ) and you have thought I asked for a gold bar , our TV didn’t work for over a week , the water would not get very hot and had poor water pressure. They did send maintenance but in your way did they make any kind of accommodations or even attempted to better my stay. Also I will say it is inconvenient that the gym in the pool has very limited hours, the have no cleaning service even if you stay a long period of time and when I requested it was going to be an additional $300 ? This is crazy to me. I felt like for the money I will choose to stay someplace else next time. They certainly did nothing to make my stay more enjoyable or memorable.

A very easy check-in. Received several emails on instructions on how to check in. The clubhouse is right next to the complex of condos. Check went really quickly and everything was explained clearly. One drawback was that parking was not necessarily close to the condo, but you can drive up and drop stuff off and then park. The condo itself was very nice. It is well appointed with modern features and furniture. We took the Four bedroom two floor condo. It was spacious. We certainly utilize the kitchen for breakfast every day and one night even had and prepared dinner at home, which was very convenient. The spectrum complex is right within reunion resort and lots of amenities available. Especially close to the waterpark. We were very fortunate that we had a condo that was very close to the parking and that made it very convenient for us. Overall, we had a great experience and if you’re interested in having space and some options for preparing your own meals, this is a great option. Check out was also very simple. Not a lot of list of demands. All we had to do was drop our towels on the floor in the bathroom and put our dishes in the dishwasher. Highly recommend if you have a large family gathering or just to get away.

This place is lovely. Very modern. It has lots of space. Loved the patio area. However, there is NO parking in front of your condo. You can park in front to unload..but thats it. Also..the largest unit for six or more people is on the second floor. This is important to know if you or someone in your party can't do 10 plus steps. I was told some of the buildings have elevators...but there none available when i arrived. We had to split up our party in two units...

Urine & blood stain on sheets, blanket stained obviously from the previous guests & sheets & bedding had obviously not changed & cleaned thefaucet in shower flew off the wall when my son turned on the water & hit him in the leg we told 3 employees at front desk & none of them offered any immediate concern other than one who said sorry about that, the other young lady seemed dazed & never made any comment although they did get someone to fix it . The roof /ceiling leaked! We were there running from Milton as we were from Tampabay one of the areas that was supposed to be a direct hit & we were very concerned about the ceiling leaking all down the main seam of the ceiling!! We were not offered any compensation on our stay & all 3 of the concerning issues we endured while we were there including my son getting hit in the leg when the shower faucet that flew off when he turned the water!! At the very least we should have received a call from a manager regarding those concerning issues! We would have possibly returned back in the future but since we have received no contact from them with a follow up about what I reported directly to their staff we have strongly reconsidered not returning!
