The room is very big, extremely nice, but the check in starting at 4pm and waterpark closing at 6 is a complete letdown, especially since we booked it saying they were open until 10pm and only stayed 1 night specifically for the waterpark.

The two story townhouse was amazing. The surrounding areas are very nice and there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. It was also nice to be able to go to the H2O waterpark for free.

I wouldn't stay there again.

The house was nice, but there were problems. First, parking, the parking sucks and your listing is very misleading. Your listing shows homes with driveways right up to a garage door, No mention of no actual parking for each unit, no driveways, and the very limited parking close to the unit is not reserved, You have to park in the main parking lot and walk in and out. Very misleading. Second, you change the thermostat setting during the day. Bad enough that you have it locked to not being able to go below 70, some people like or need it a little colder to sleep, but it is inexcusable that you turn the temperature up during the day. We came home to 77 degrees one day, and 73 two other days. When it was 77, 78 on the second floor, we called the office, they sent over a tech who checked it out, told us it is an automated system that was controlled that front office and they had set it wrong, It took half the night to get back to 70 degrees. That is inexcusable. Your front desk gave us filthy stained towels to use at the pool. And when talking to the front desk about the parking, temperature issues, and the towels, it was always the same thing, we don’t control that, it is the HOA, the system, the laundry, always someone else’s problems. Makes it even worse when you get no responsibility, no apology, not customer service. The problems far out outweigh the quality of the house.

Disconnected Staff & Dystopian Vibes

Leading up to our stay, communication was rigid and customer service lacked any flexibility or empathy — which already left me uneasy. That said, we tried to go in with an open mind, and while the stay had its positives, the overall experience just didn’t sit right. The resort honestly had a dystopian feel.. eerily quiet, nearly empty, and at times it felt like we were being watched. The pool and parking lot was nearly vacant, and while everything looked beautiful on the surface, the atmosphere was strange. The few staff members we did see felt more like background characters than actual support, and it set the tone for a stay that looked like luxury but felt anything but. Golf carts were shown everywhere in their marketing, however were never available to assist. Every time we asked for help getting around, we were told to use the shuttle… which ended up being a bus with 50+ minute wait times. We walked everywhere — to the water park, to our unit — and ended up having to Uber for dinner because on-site service was nonexistent. Asking for assistance was met with blank stares and comments like, “Well, is that what the app says?” The townhome was beautiful and very clean (with the exception of a dead roach we found upstairs in the loft.) Then there was a pet fee situation. On check-in day, I brought my husband, son, and our small dog since we couldn’t cancel the first night. Family of 5. 3 kids 2 adults! We went for 6 nights and it was amazing! Kids enjoyed the spacious room, the beautiful patio. It was like a home away from home. Loved how the 3 water parks were included with the stay! Staff were nice and patient. Resort clean and beautiful! Close to the parks and shopping areas ( driving distance) . Would definitely be going back !

Staff members were super super helpful and friendly. Overall the experience was great. The only negative thing I can say is that the Reunion waterpark should have more staff to keep guest under control. It was a little chaos in the lazy river and kids and teenagers running around. Wasn’t the most relaxing place. Encore waterpark was nice and relaxing.
