This unit has everything we could need, and more. It was clean, spacious and was very comfortable. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful and nice when we needed them. The clubhouse gym and pool were amazing as well.

Nice space, but need more convenience in shower and the actual shower sucks. Definitely Needs better customer care. If you’re staying for more than 3 days, they should atomically check in and replenish on basic necessities. Got there with my 2 kids and older mom at 2:30AM, the front desk guy wouldn’t even help me load my suitcases on the the trolley, I had to ask for help while he’s watching me struggle. Got to the room and again had to practically beg him to hold the door while he watch me bring in my suitcases. That was really harsh. Daytime front desk was very professional. I wouldn’t consider this place a luxury stay.

Our stay at the property was very nice. We stayed in the 4 bedroom unit, with the pool table. Our family enjoyed having the pool table for nightly games. The resort property was clean and safe and the condo itself was modern and nice. Staff was attentive and quick to help us with any request or questions.

Everything was good. But consider distances and trafficbefore booking. This was not a problem for us as we were aware. This was a quality condo. (But supplies were limited eg toilet paper dishwasher soap number of towels). Pools were excellent
