Disappointing Stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld My stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld was underwhelming. While the location is convenient for visiting SeaWorld, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The room felt dated, and the cleanliness could have been better. There were noticeable stains on the carpet, and the bathroom needed more attention. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the pillows were too flat for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was another disappointment—limited options, and the area was overcrowded and poorly stocked. The staff, while polite, seemed overwhelmed and not particularly attentive to guest needs. For the price, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose this hotel again or recommend it to others.

Poor Front Desk Employees

The Stay was fine. your front desk staff however was not. We are tax exempt and I gave ahead of stay hotel the tax exempt certificate for the stay. The room they did tax exempt and the parking they did not. When I spoke with Omar and Nick from the hotel they refused to refund the tax for the parking, Per State Status, parking is indeed included in the tax exempt Statutes & Constitution :View Statutes : Online Sunshine

We stayed here 2 nights before a cruise and for a day at sea world with our 7,4, and 1 year old. They loved the pool and we really enjoyed the bar and grill. The food and service were excellent. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and roomy. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel and room itself are kept updated, beautiful outdoor view, close to the SeaWorld and other convenience, stores and dining options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was however, a distinct scent or smell just in the bathroom but that could just be the water itself as the rest of the hotel and room were completely fine.
