Unhappy parking customer!

Everything was good except for the outrageous parking fees they charge $27 for overnight parking and at 12:00am they woke me up by texting my phone saying I owed them for another $27!!!

Very nice hotel considering minor set backs

Very nice resort style hotel. Large footprint with decent amenities. Room layout was very nice. We did have issues with certain lights, not working AC being sensitive. bed comfort was OK. breakfast was really nice. I only wish it would’ve ran later in the day.

The free shuttle to Disney World was awful. I suggest against using it. The shuttle to Animal Kingdom leaves at 7:40 but it stops at Epcot and then you have to transfer to another bus. We did not arrive at Animal Kingdom until 8:40. It was worst on the way back as there was only one pick-up time at 5:25. We ran to the pick up location and we arrived right at 5:25 but the bus was gone!!! We had to uber back to hotel. The breakfast was very basic with not much selection. The room was spacious and quiet.

The free breakfast is a nice option but when we arrived, it was really busy during that time. The waffle mix was runny and so those didn't turn out. I stepped in dog poop in the elevator. Our room had a noisy AC/Heating unit. We called about this but they did not have other rooms available, but they did comp the parking so that helped. We probably wouldn't stay here again.

Very spacious room! It was me traveling with my 3 kids going to Disney for the day. Very close to parks and the breakfast was great! It was busy but didn’t feel crowded!

Parking you need to pay separate from booking. Overall experience was wonderful everything was clean and easy access for ice and water. Breakfast was good you can make Disney waffles is so cute.

It was easy to get front desk to help with transportation but they cleaned our room the second time and they misplaced one of kids stuffies that we just bought. ( thought it was in the laundry) We where told they would look into it,I asked three different times and we would get a call never got the one. Food was limited

During our stay at this hotel, we encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. On the first night, we found numerous strands of hair left by previous guests on the towels, indicating that they hadn’t been properly cleaned. To make matters worse, the toilet was clogged. When we called the front desk late at night, they informed us that no maintenance staff was available and handed us a plunger to resolve the issue ourselves. After our attempts failed, we requested a room change and were told that only rooms with queen-size beds were available. The front desk assured us we could switch back to a king-size room the next morning. However, when we inquired the next day, we were told that all king-size rooms were fully booked, forcing us to stay in the queen-size room for another night. When we finally returned to a king-size room on the third day, we discovered dried sugary stains on the desk, ants on the bathroom floor, and even more ants appearing over time. We reported this to the front desk and asked to change rooms again. Unfortunately, they only had queen-size rooms available, and we were too exhausted to pack and move again. The following morning, we escalated our complaint to the front desk manager, who eventually agreed to change our room and waived one night’s stay as compensation. Overall, the housekeeping was subpar—there were stains on the sheets, hair on the towels, and ants in the bathroom. While the staff was generally polite, some lacked proper
