The hotel itself is nice, the room was nice and newly updated! Our only complaint is due to issues with house keeping. The first time our room was cleaned, they'd taken our dirty towels but left no clean ones. We asked for replacements, were told it'd be no problem. Came back to our room to find our clean towels thrown onto the couch? Not even folded, just thrown into a pile for us to sort through. The second time our room was cleaned, they left the trash behind. No problem, accidents happen, so we set the bag outside our door. We came back to find house keeping had used the bag for other trash (shampoo bottles, magic erasers and other empty cleaning products) but then left the bag outside our door? How odd. The third time our room cleaned, and like every other time, our bed was left unmade and with the same linens. I went to the front desk and asked for it to be fixed, where I was informed they only do a "full service clean" every five days, and that my full service clean would be on December 25th (12 days into our 14 day stay). I told them that I was on day 11 and still had not had my bedding changed. I asked again for it to be fixed, was told it would be. We returned to our room to find a garbage bag of bedding tied to our door handle? Apparently we were expected to change our own linens at midnight? We ended up just putting down the flat sheet and using the comforter...I brought it up the next morning with the front desk and thankfully we returned to a clean, made bed.

Hotel was nice and in a great location. We have stayed in the area before so decided to try a different hotel. We were there for a week and only had our room cleaned 1 time. I was told at check in they clean every other day, but that never happened . Checked in on Sunday and room was only cleaned on Wednesday, and that was because we called to have our room cleaned. If we hadn’t called, I zero doubt our room would have been cleaned. We would have to call every other day to get towels and toilet paper. When my wife would call to get room cleaned, they would say it was scheduled to be clean, but never cleaned. We were very disappointed being a Marriott hotel. But other than the room cleaning, it was an ok stay.

The hotel was so nice! Even the hallways smelled fresh! LARGE facility, so if you have trouble walking- I would maybe suggest requesting a room close to the elevator/front desk. But really really convenient to DISNEY! Great breakfast too!
