We had a great time at this place they had the heated pool and jacuzzi. And they serve the free BF as well. We rented a car to Disney and all the other attractions around 10 to 20min away. Great customer servers even rooms are bigger.

Third time staying at this property while visiting my daughter during her Disney College Program. Walking distance to the Flamingo Crossings apartments and other stores, restaurants, free shuttle to the Disney parks. This hotel is very clean and staff is friendly and courteous. Let's start by listing the pros that first the location is great with Target and lots of eateries across the street in walking distance. Conveniently located to the Disney parks. Facility is very clean and kept in a nice condition. The pool and hot tub is absolutely beautiful. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast bar has lot of choices including waffle makers. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning there. About the cons: the park shuttle service is not provided as you might think. There are limited time schedule and seats per day and it's contracted out to another company which also provides service to a lot of other hotels as well. They probably don't have enough buses or drivers so when we tried to reserve seats the day before it was already full with no seats left for us. It's not in a busy season yet. So be aware that yet the shuttle service is provided you may still need to drive to the park and pay for parking. Another problem we had was with the AC. It gets loud when it kicks in so light sleepers like me may find this annoying.

Didn't like that it was advertised free shuttle to Disney which was why we booked it but when we got there they said it had to be reserved 24 hrs ahead and it was all booked. We only stayed one night. So we had to pay for an Uber which was an added expense.

Property is close to the parks (Disney world obviously) there are grocery stores in the strip mall across the street if you rent a car or are driving here the location is perfect for the cost and not being at a Disney resort. Very doable! There is a parking fee and you have to go inside and checkin where they provide you with a sign to place inside the car to prevent it from being towed pool is nice breakfast is averaged but does the job. A cute little arcade for the kids that reasonably priced

By far the best hotel i been to in florida. Staff was really helpful im wheelchair bond so i hate to bothering people about it being eco friendly for me as i cant really move around most rooms are not to wide but staff helped making it as comfortable as possible. Loved Loved breakfast thats like what made me fall in love.
