Hotel is great. No one bothered to tell us anything when we checked in like where to park so we don't have to walk a mile to the room. We discovered on our own that there's parking right outside our door on the other side. No information provided about the area or shuttles etc

The breakfast was good and we also enjoyed the pool area. The only complain we have is about the people coming to us multiple times about a presentation especially while we’re tying to eat breakfast. Other than that it was a great stay

Stayed with family, the extra living space/study area and sink was helpful. Had breakfast every morning (average continental options) and used their theme park shuttle service to Magic Kingdom - this helped save some cost on food and transportation. Shuttle to the parks was the only reason for booking with this hotel and it was a disaster. Ended up ubering due to unsafe shuttle conditions. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and made for difficult sleeping. Breakfast was an average hotel breakfast.
