the beds and pillows are so soft they are not comfortable at all. Also the hotel itself is super nice but once you enter the rooms everything is old and outdated.

The hotel was very nice and clean, however I probably would not stay there again, do to the room itself had very little outlets, we had to use extension cords we brought from home in order to charge our phones. The sink was clogged up and would not drain as did the bathtub did the same. I have stayed a a few of these hotels and this was on the bottom of my list to stay at again, However I have enjoyed my stay at other SpringHill Suites in the Orlando area!

I loved the location of the hotel, it was close to all the theme parks and restaurants and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. What I didn’t like was that the rooms were very transparent with the noise from the outside, they also looked and felt very old, sheets/towels dirty and the smell was humid.

My family and I truly enjoyed our 5-night stay at this hotel! Conveniently close to all 3 major theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Seaworld). The free breakfast was also a great treat!

The only thing that saves this property is the staff. They are top tier! The beds are uncomfortable and what are advertised as queens are not. They are barely full sized beds. That was an absolute fail. The other major fail was the breakfast. Coffee was even worse. The waffles were decent but that was about it. Children and their parents yelling and running in the hallway at 12:30 am. Located close to the outlets and Disney property but outside of this and the staff, I don't believe it was worth the cost.
