It is time to update the property from top to bottom. For example, The furniture was so old and distressed. The clerk who checked us in was interested more on what was happening with the rep next to her than me. She was cold.

This was a terrible experience. We arrived hotel around 10:30pm, there was internet issue so no one could check in. Initially we were told all the hotel could do is to cancel the reservation without additional charge. But as to which hotels still have rooms available or if we want to transfer to another hotel we need to call ourselves. Eventually we were transferred to another hotel after 12am. Stuff is friendly but management should be able to deal with these special situations more professionally not letting customers wait for hours without an ETA when they could check in. I would expect more from Marriott.

I would recommend setting up TEMP CONTROL For the pool. For December visit the pool water was too cold and of no use. May be serve some chai latte along with the vending coffee machines as well :-)

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful; complimentary breakfast had plenty of great options and the food was hot and fresh; it was a short walk to convenience stores; my only complaint is the floor cleanliness in the rooms - the soles of our feet were black after walking around the room barefoot for a few minutes (but we're Canadian, we take our shoes off indoors, so maybe a mistake on our part). Keep your shoes on - other than that, no complaints.

We called ahead since we were going to come in after midnight. They said they'd notate our account so they'd hold the room. When we got there, they said the room was not held and the only one available was a one king vs the two twins. The pull out did not have a pillow. There was a stain on the mattress.

Convenience was the main goal.
Well, the front desk was nice and pleasant and easy to deal with and the location was great As others have mentioned this hotel does need to be updated! The rooms were okay as you could tell they needed a deep clean and they were very outdated. The shower door was broken and leaked everywhere. Breakfast was OK. My biggest complaint is that we know there was a pair of shoes left in the room called for three days trying to get an update on if housekeeping had found them and of course, supposedly they were not there….. ummm okay.. they didn’t just disappear. But I guess it was my kids fault for leaving them.. but still.

The property looks and smells very nice. In our room, the shower door was broken but the appliances all worked. Hot water was very accessible. Great area and convenient location. The seats downstairs in the breakfast area were very sticky. It was hard to find a good chair to sit on. Each time we arrived at the hotel, there was a pile of trash on the table in front of the elevators.
