Good location for access to the parks. Suite was spacious. Pull out bed very uncomfortable bars in your back. Property stingy with toiletries and dish detergent. Pool not heated so too cold for the week we were there.

The place was beautiful. Wasn't able to fish the area needs to be cleaned up. The suite we had didn't have any dish towels or ove mittens to handle hot food being cooked. The electric burners had the wrong metal trays under them so they caused the burners to not sit flat. Instead the burners were up in the air.

Worst place ever! Front desk was a joke very poor management skills. I had many issues during my stay such as our room keys not working and having to stay outside of our room for 30 minutes while the security guard came and still I had to wait for him to verify. Room dirty dish washer was not working ac was awful I will be sending a complaint to corporate and higher management

Love the location and was a great stay, definitely would go back. The only thing is at 7:30 am they started doing work to the roof so the hammering that early was not great. I’m sure they didn’t realize the room was occupied so I won’t knock them for it, but otherwise loved it

Great Place to Stay.
We love this hotel so much. We always get the deluxe room with the jet tub (we've stayed about 4 times before). This time, the jets didn't work. The button to turn them on was broken. We were a little disappointed with that but we had 2 kids with us so we didnt want to deal with the ordeal of complaining and moving rooms with all our stuff. Other than that, we love this hotel.
