I have been coming here for three years. Hotel has changed staff and management. Front desk woman is rude. Refuses to let anyone leave luggage in the lobby despite also refusing to allow for early check-in. In her own words, ‘those guests are not my priority’. So when you arrive at 8am, unlike every other time I have stayed here, you are now told you have to carry your luggage around until 4pm.
Hotel is filled with guests who smoke weed, throw parties, and have drug deals in the back parking lot. When I first attempted to check in, I was told she would hold my license in the lobby until I walked across the property, up the stairs, and ‘looked’ at my room, then left a yelp review. The room I was given had a broken handle on the inside that would not lock. The inside handle was not even attached correctly and was missing screws. When I told the woman at the front desk I needed a different room, she asked me what I had done to break her door because ‘it was fine earlier and she was just in there’. They then kept my deposit because of the broken handle, which was already broken when I arrived.
$10 for a second roll of toilet paper, guests that blare loud music all night, and a lobby that is locked even during hours the door sign says it should be opened. The pool is filthy, the hot tub is covered with sheets of ply wood, and the shower curtains had mold on them. There was one single bedside lamp in the room and no other source of light except for the overhead in the bathroom
