The room was horrible dirty couches and sheets the bathrooms horrible as well inside the fridge food from the previous guest the bed was super uncomfortable

A few minor hiccups, but overall good stay
Overall a good stay! The lamp in one of our rooms was not working and the bathroom door in the same room would not latch closed. Bathroom space is very limited as well. The rooms AC worked great, but the heat not so much as the room got cold at night. Customer service/front desk was fantastic. I know they are doing room renovations as well currently.

The hotel was more like furnished apartments with full kitchen and very open. Very nice. Only drawback was the room was apparently a smokers room and bathroom fan blew intense smokers smell. My eyes were red and throat hurt when I turned it on. I should have informed the desk and I’m sure that they would have taken care of it.

Some positive and some negative = average
Stay was ok. Very convenient to areas we wanted to go. Room was good but could use a coffee table. Room was fairly well equipped except there was no spatula or wisp included in utensils so limited cooking of breakfast. A couple things made stay less enjoyable - someone hit our vehicle on parking lot and just left. Then there was a big domestic dispute right in front of our room with man yelling he had a weapon. Made it very scary for our grandchildren. Police did resolve the incident. But front desk staff seemed unconcerned when I told them about these various concerns.
