Comfortable hotel - just logistical issues

Hotel room was clean, spacious, looked as advertised. Beds/pillows were comfortable. Exterior was fine. Clean. The color choices on the exterior were a bit questionable - not the most appealing from that standpoint but freshly painted it seems. Paid extra for a 2:00pm checkout. However, they didn't mentioned that despite that the keys always stop working at 11:00AM (which we were never informed) though paying for late checkout at check-in time which caused us delay and logistical challenges. This process is extremely illogical and could potentially lead to an embarrassing situation dependent on the current state of dress if they're locked out of their room unprepared.

Would we stay again, yes!

This a 3 story hotel. I don't recall seeing or being told about an elevator. The rooms were like a rectangle around the main attractions such as the pool, hot tub, arcade room, etc. They provide pool towels which was nice. You can purchase water goggles if you need or bring your own. You're within walking distance of the grocery store, liquor store, and several restaurants. They also have cribs for the babies. My only unpleasant experience was Bill - at check in. He was the character who has a because he needs a check but doesn't care for people. Everyone else we encountered was amazing and loved life in itself.

Spring vacations

The room was clean and has all that could be needed for a stay. Two bedrooms, two complete bathrooms and a sofa bed. We felt comfortable there. We were traveling with a family member that has mobility special needs. An elevator to go to the third floor could be a good idea.

On our reservation, it stated: suite with 2 king and 2 double beds. When we checked in we were told they don’t have rooms with 4 beds and the mistake was on Expedia’s part. We were advised we would receive breakfast vouchers for 2 for each room. I asked if there was a limit on what they could eat and was told no, it was all you can eat for a total of 4 and the rest needed to pay. Well when we went for breakfast, the 4 had to choose 1 item and 1 drink. I advised them this is not what I was told and they bounced me from one person to the other only to be told in a polite way ‘too bad’. To make matters worse my room key didn’t work and I went back and forth 3 times to the reception as they kept sending me back to the another key … well after the thirst tike the sent someone and the battery of the door handle was dead! Terrible

Loved this hotel! Most don’t have 2 bedroom suites, so this was a pleasant and spacious stay. It’s very walkable and close to Disney Springs. The staff is very friendly. I will stay here again.
