I had a late check in, wall shower had hair. And the bathroom toilet wall had feces stain. I report to the front desk and they immediately called management. It was taking care of but neither offer anything as a guess a complementary for the inconvenience.

I love the area. It’s on I-Drive and easy to get north to downtown, south to Kissimmee and of course right there in close proximity to the theme parks. There are also ample restaurants to choose from nearby. The room within the hotel is spacious and so is the bathroom.

Quiet, clean& large size room with high ceiling. Bed is on the soft size depend on personal preference. Room has everything a hotel room should have included. Ie iron board, safe, closet. Parking is free. Breakfast is extra cost it is $10…. Not too bad comparing to other hotels with free breakfast but charging parking fee or resort fee. We just skip breakfast and saved our appetite to find a restaurant we want to eat. Very happy to this hotel. Will come back!

When we arrived the toilet was opened, the room smelled bad, the shower had hair, the microwaved was used and still with the time paused. It’s suppose to be a smoke free place and the same night we left there was weed smallWe paid for 2 nights we only stayed one and went to another hotel.

Room is nice with plenty of space. Everything was clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Tv was great with plenty channels. Small fridge and your phone gets bad signal within the room. They have WiFi but I don’t use free public WiFi on my phone. But otherwise, would stay here again !

The property was well-maintained and very quiet. The only thing I will say is that the toilet tissue they use is a little too hard. But other than that, I really enjoyed that my stay at this location very quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
